Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鋼板を曲げ加工した後、溶接してパイプを形成
し、該パイプを誘導加熱装置で均一加熱し、処理
することによりパイプを成形するようにしたパイ
プ加工システムにおいて、 前記誘導加熱装置の加熱コイルを長手方向に複
数回スパイラル状に巻回した円筒コイルとなし、
前記円筒コイルの巻回密度を前記パイプの溶接個
所が通過する部分を粗となるように構成したこと
を特徴とするパイプ加工システムにおける誘導加
熱装置。
