- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フイルタパターンが形成された基板とアー
ス板とを積層して成るストリツプライン型フイル
タを複数片に分割し、かつこれらを互いに重ね合
わせて立体的に組み立てたことを特徴とする立体
化型フイルタ。 (2) 可撓性を有した誘電体シート中にストリツ
プパターンを形成したフレキシブルストリツプパ
ターンフイルタを、断面がクランク状空間をもつ
導電性容器の該空間に収納する如く封じたことを
特徴とする立体化型フイルタ。
