本考案は近年ますます盛んになりつつある養魚

欲が低下し、与餌効果の減少並びに餌のロスとい
う2重の欠点があつた。しかも餌が沈殿する為に

が可能な撹拌造粒装置を提供せんとするものであ

し1本の回転軸を貫通せしめ、同回転軸には撹拌
羽根を付設せしめ、又上記左,右撹拌用タンク底
部にはそれぞれに開閉ダンパー付撹拌済餌取出口
を設け、該餌取出口をそれぞれ撹拌用タンク下部
に並置した内部にスクリユーコンベアを内包する
餌移送筒体内に開口せしめ、同餌移送用筒体の先
端開口部をスクリユーコンベアを内包せしめ、更
に先端部に造粒装置を内蔵した餌送出用筒体内へ
連通したことを特徴とする養魚用餌の撹拌造粒装

設せしめてあり、同回転軸3は油圧モーター5に
より駆動できるものである。又左,右撹拌用タン
ク2,2′の上部には餌投入口6,6′を設けてあ
り、同餌投入口6,6′に餌及び栄養剤等を投入
し左,右撹拌用タンク2,2′内で撹拌され、同
撹拌された餌料を同左,右撹拌用タンク2,2′
底部に設けられた開閉ダンパー付撹拌済餌取出口
7,7′より餌移送筒体8に送出される。なお、
開閉ダンパー付撹拌済餌取出し口7,7′はタン
クダンパハンドル9,9′を回動させる事により
開閉自在にできるものである。又餌移送筒体8内
には回転軸に螺旋状に羽根を付設したスクリユー
コンベア10が内包され、同スクリユーコンベア
10を回転させる事により、上記餌料が先端部へ
移送され、同餌移送筒体8先端下部に設けられた
先端開口部11から餌送出用筒体12に送出され
る。更に送出された餌料は、餌送出用筒体11に
内包された送出用スクリユーコンベア13によつ
て先端部に内蔵された造粒装置14に移送され、
移送された餌料は造粒装置14によつて造粒送出

ぐ”という致命的な欠点が解消され更に餌料ロス
が少なくなり時間の短縮化にも繋がるものであ
