Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、自動車のフロントワイパー凍結防止装置に関
する。
［発明が解決しようとする課題］ しかし、前述の従来技術では降雪量が多（なると熱量の
不足からワイパーの作動によってワイパー停止位置に集
まる雪が解けきれず、大きなかたまりとなりワイパーの
作動範囲を狭めたり、ワイパーに付着しワイパー機能を
低下させるという問題点を有していた。また、車内で熱
風を出すため車内温度が上がりすぎるという問題点も有
していた。
そこで、本発明は従来のこのような問題点をＦａ決する
ため、降雪量が多い時でもワイパー停止位置周辺を高温
に保ち、車内温度への影響も少ないフロントワイパーの
凍結防止装置を提供することを目的とする。
［従来の技術］ 従来、フロントガラス内側下部より熱風を出しワイパー
停止位置周辺に集められる雪および氷を解かしワイパー
への付着を防ぐ方法が知られていた。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 上記問題点を解決するために、本発明のフロントワイパ
ー凍結防止装置は、自動車のフロントガラスにおいて、
ワイパー停止位置の内側に電熱線を取り付けたことを特
徴とする特 ［実施例］ 以下に本発明の実施例を図面にもとづいて説明する。
フロントガラス１のワイパー停止位置２の内側にプラス
電極６とマイナス電極４を取り付け、両電極間に電熱線
５を接続し、電源６から電源ケーブル７を介し電力を供
給する。電熱線の使用は、スイッチ８によりコントロー
ルスル。

簡単な構造によりフロントガラス下部に集められた雪を
解かし、ワイパーの凍結を防止しワイパー機能の低下を
防ぐことにより安全性を向上させる効果がある。また、
本発明は夏期においてニアコンディショナー使用時にフ
ロントガラス外側に発生する結露環′象の防止にも有効
である。

  1. 自動車のフロントガラスにおいて、ワイパー停止位置の
    内側に電熱線を取り付けたことを特徴とするフロントワ
    イパー凍結防止装置。
