Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a container convenient in use by, in a container with an assembled bag dispenser, supporting a bag roll below the bottom wall of a container with a cover body, and drawing out from and attaching to a bag together with a waste bag inside the container through a bag drawing out hole provided on a bottom wall. CONSTITUTION: When a bag 12 attached inside a container is filled up, a cover body 6 is opened to draw out the bag 12. A next bag is drawn out from a bag roll attached to a spindle 16. Next a used bag 12 taken out from the container 2 is separated and taken out on a hole line 22 between the used bag 12 and a new bag. The opening edge 10 of the new bag is bently locked in the upper end of a container side wall 4. This formation can make the container convenient in use by using the bag roll.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIELD OF INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION This invention relates to containers, particularly containers with integrated bag dispensers.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND Known wastebaskets consist of a closed container formed by upstanding side walls and a bottom. Plastic bags are lined up in the closed container, target articles are placed in the bags, the closed container is kept in a clean state, and the target articles can be easily removed after the closed container is full. Typically, the plastic bag is slightly longer than the closed container, and the top of the bag is closed for hygiene reasons.

Plastic bags are generally supplied in rolls, with the bottom of one bag connected to the top of the next successive bag via a line of holes drilled in the plastic material.

The bagging device in the prior art described above removes one bag from the bag roll, places the bag into the top of the container, unfolds the bag, and places the target article therein. This type of device was very time consuming and cumbersome due to the multiple steps required to perform bag replacement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an improved container in which rolls of bags, ie, rolls of bags, are conveniently stored within the container.

Another object of the invention is to provide a bag roll for use with the container below the bottom wall of the container.

The invention seeks to provide a container, such as a trash can, having a spindle which is preferably arranged under the bottom wall of the container. The spindle is designed to carry bag rolls of appropriate size for use with the container. The bottom wall is provided with means for passing the bag torn from the roll. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom wall has a slot.

To install the bag, preferably, remove the spring-loaded spindle, attach the roll of plastic bag to the spindle, and reinstall the spindle. The bag is then passed through the slot, pulled upwards, and folded so that the open top bag covers the top of the container. After the bag is full, the top of the bag is scraped up and the bag filled with the target article is lifted out of the container. When a bag is pulled out of the container, the next successive bag on the roll is automatically pulled out through the slot in the -L direction by an amount corresponding to the height of the container. The user then grasps the next bag in the series with his free hand and pulls the full bag from them. The full bag is then placed on the floor and the two ends of the next successive bag are folded over to cover the top of the container.

The full bag is then disposed of in the normal manner.

Generally, plastic bag rolls have a large number of bags and do not require roll changes for weeks or months.

The invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate one embodiment.

In FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the closure formed by the side wall 4 is filled with a bag 12 for receiving an object (not shown). The bag 12 is reset to the bottom 14 of the waste bowl 2. The spindle 16 is equipped with a roll 18 consisting of a number of bags, such as plastic bags. As the collapsed bag is pulled from the roll 18, it is passed through the slot 20 in the bottom 14.

The spindle 16 preferably has two nested portions that are biased apart from each other via a spring 24. Both ends of this spindle 16 are inserted into holes 26 and supported. The bottom portion 14 is preferably curved so that the inside of the container is convex so that the series of operations 1 and 2 described above can be easily performed. The above configuration allows for easy and efficient replacement of the plastic or pond material liner for the container.
