し蓋とからなり、排出ポンプによりストレージタ
ンク内の液体が全て排出され、落し蓋がストレー
ジタンク底面に到達したときに該落し蓋と排出口
との間に空隙を形成させてストレージタンク内の
真空状態を解除するようにしたことを特徴とする
