- タツプによりねじ切りされた穴内に挿入され、
外部から供給されたエアをその穴内に放出するた
めのエア通路が形成された測定部材と、所定圧力
に調整されたエアをこの測定部材に供給するエア
供給手段と、上記測定部材のエア通路に接続され
た圧力センサとを備えて成るねじ穴を不完全加工
検出装置。
