- 左右各油圧室内間の圧力差により変位するアク
チユエータと、パルス駆動される圧電素子の作動
に基づき前記アクチユエータの各油圧室へ作動油
を給排する油圧ポンプと、上記油圧ポンプを駆動
制御する制御手段とを備えるよう構成されたこと
を特徴とするシリンダの変位制御装置。
