  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プロペラ軸に外装したスリーブに摺接する対海
    水シールと対軸受油シールを備え、対軸受油シー
    ルとして複数のリツプシールを設けた船尾管軸封
    装置において、最も船尾管軸受寄りに位置するリ
    ツプシールの正面の軸受油室および該リツプシー
    ルの背面のチヤンバを、それぞれ異なる供給圧力
    を有する圧力供給源に接続して、 前記背面のチヤンバを正面の軸受油室より高圧
    に設定するとともに、前記チヤンバと圧力供給源
    とを接続する管路に遮断弁を設けたことを特徴と
    する船尾管軸封装置。
