Claims (1)
- 研磨面を有する短冊状研磨片の多数枚を所定の
直径で、しかも研磨面が各方向に向く不規則な状
態となるよう束ねると共に、その一端側を固着部
材により結束して纏状の研磨部材を形成し、又上
記研磨部材の結束端に研磨片の自由端の反対方向
に突出するシヤフトを固着して成る研磨具。
