Claims (1)
- 複写式の伝票綴りが挿入された封筒状の親伝票
と、前記親伝票の裏面側に形成され第１の荷物に
粘着される第１の粘着層と、前記親伝票と重ね合
わされる複写式の伝票綴りからなる子伝票と、前
記第１の粘着層の裏面側に剥離可能に貼付された
保護フイルムと、前記保護フイルムに形成され第
２の荷物に粘着される第２の粘着層とからなり、
前記親伝票と前記子伝票とを同時に複写したのち
、前記親伝票と前記子伝票とを分離して、前記第
１の粘着層から前記保護フイルムを剥離し前記親
伝票をその第１の粘着層により前記第１の荷物に
貼り付けて、前記子伝票を前記第２の粘着層が下
側になるように前記保護フイルムで覆つて前記第
２の荷物に貼り付けるように構成した配送伝票。
