Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水分子の吸着によつてインピーダンスが変化す
ることを利用したインピーダンス変化型（抵抗変
化型を含む）の湿度センサ素子１と、 前記湿度センサ素子１に交流電圧を印加する交
流電源３と、 前記湿度センサ素子１に流れる電流の位相を、
基準位相と比較する位相比較器２とを設け、 前記位相比較器２における位相比較により湿度
信号を発生するものにおいて、 前記湿度センサ素子１と直列に、該湿度センサ
素子１の高湿度側における静電容量の増大にとも
なう電流位相の変化を補正するための抵抗Ｒｓを
接続したことを特徴とする広範囲湿度センサ。
