Claims (1)
- 繊維材料を混入してなる繊維強化樹脂によつて
長尺に形成され、その長さ方向に一または複数の
ユニツト嵌着穴を有するセンサケースと、前記ユ
ニツト嵌着穴内に設けられ、被検知体通過面側に
氷久磁石により磁気バイアスされた磁電変換素子
を有する検知ユニツトと、前記センサケースの前
記被検知体通過面側を閉塞するヘツドカバーとか
らなる磁気センサにおいて、前記センサケースを
形成するときの繊維強化樹脂中の繊維材料の一部
を球状フイラーによつて置換し、前記センサケー
スの等方性を確保する構成としたことを特徴とす
る磁気センサ。
