Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底円筒状体の本体ヨークと、該本体ヨー
    クの長手方向に挿通状態にされて駆動されるコイ
    ルをその開口縁部近傍に着設した帽子状体のボビ
    ンと、前記本体ヨークの底面中心部に垂設される
    とともに前記ボビンの内部に潜入される円柱状の
    ヨークと、該ヨークの外周面に半径方向に異なる
    極性で着磁された複数の永久磁石を磁極を揃えて
    環状に配設したことを特徴とするリニアアクチエ
    ータ。 (2) 前記ヨークの外周面の略中央部位に環状凹
    部を形成して前記永久磁石により発生される磁束
    密度を略均一にすることを特徴とする請求項第１
    項に記載のリニアアクチエータ。
