本考案は、都市ガス等の低圧ガスの配管中に発
生した亀裂、接続継手の気密性の欠除によるガス
洩れ等の修理に際し、ガスの供給を止めることな
く、然かもガス洩れを止めながら、配管の修理を

的を達成することができる。
