Claims (1)
パワー・トランジスタと、該低抵抗両端電圧を監
視し、該パワー・トランジスタを流れる上記点火
コイル一次電流を制御する制御トランジスタとを
有するパワー・ユニツトにより、直流電源から点
火コイル一次巻線に一次電流を供給したり、供給
していた一次電流を強制的に遮断することにより
、点火コイル二次巻線に高電圧を発生させる半導
体式の内燃機関点火装置であつて; 上記制御トランジスタのエミツタと接地間には
該エミツタから見て順方向となるダイオードと抵
抗との直列回路を挿入し、また、上記パワー・ト
ランジスタのコレクタと接地間には接地から見て
順方向となるダイオードを挿入して成ることを特
