Claims (1)
- 柱状容器の下方が逆錐状に形成されている装置
本体Ａと、上記装置本体Ａの柱状部分１の内側に
垂直かつ平行に並んで配置される複数個の平板Ｂ
からなるものであり、柱状部分１の上部には原料
投入口３と分離液排出口２が上記平板Ｂ群を挟ん
で、相対する側に設けられ、上記装置本体Ａの逆
錐状部分５の底部には濃縮物取出口６が設けられ
ているものであつて、上記平板Ｂはいずれも一側
辺が装置本体Ａに接し、他側辺が装置本体Ａとの
間に空間４を形成しており、かつこの空間４は前
後する上記平板Ｂ間で左右交互に位置するように
配置されていて、上記平板Ｂの上辺は上記分離液
排出口２より上方に位置し、かつ上記平板Ｂの下
辺は、上記原料投入口３側に配置された平板Ｂよ
り上記分離液排出口２側に配置された平板Ｂの方
が深く位置するように取付けられていることを特
徴とする食品製造用濃縮装置。
