- 熱電子放射材料からなる角柱状のエミツターチ
ツプと電極とを一対の加熱用保持体を介して接合
した熱陰極構造体において、加熱用保持体側面と
密着する電極部に切り欠きを設けて加熱用保持体
を嵌合させたことを特徴とする熱陰極構造体。
