つ異なる発光色の蛍光体層によつて形成される画
素ならびに加速電極が配設された陽極基板と、陽
極基板と対向する外囲器内面あるいはその近傍に
各画素ごとに対応して配設された陰極と、一また
は複数個の陰極に対応して形成された第１制御電
極と、各画素の蛍光体層ごとに分割して形成され
かつ同一発光色の蛍光体層ごとに電気的に共通接
続された第２制御電極とを有することを特徴とす
