２図は第１図のＡ部拡大図、第３図は従来の熱交
換器を示す概略構成図、第４図は従来の防振管の
構造を示す横断面図である。 図中、１ａ〜１ｃは伝熱管、２は防振装置、２
ａは防振板、２ｂはフランジ、５は煤吹器、Ｇは
熱ガスである。

換器を示す概略構成図、第４図は従来の防振管の
構造を示す横断面図である。 図中、１ａ〜１ｃは伝熱管、２は防振装置、２

Claims (1)
- 熱ガス通路に、ガス流方向に多段にかつ横断方
向に複数列の伝熱管を配置し、そのガス通路に上
記伝熱管に付着したダスト等を除去する高圧蒸気
を噴射する煤吹器を設けた熱交換器において、伝
熱管の途中を数段にわたつて挾着する一対の防振
板を伝熱管の各列ごとに設け、上記防振板にフラ
ンジを突設すると共に、相隣り合う伝熱管に設け
られ対向する防振板間を上記高熱蒸気が通過する
よう上記フランジを互い違いとなるように配設し
たことを特徴とする熱交換器の防振装置。
