Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被加熱物を覆うように複数本のヒートパイプ
を所定の間隔でもつて設置すると共に、これ等の
ヒートパイプの外側に少なくとも１つの発熱体を
配設し、これ等を伝熱部材によつて一体的に形成
せしめたことを特徴とする加熱装置。 ２ 発熱材を、ヒートパイプの長手方向に所定の
間隔をもつて配設し、夫々単独で温度制御できる
ようにしたことを特徴とする請求項１の加熱装置
。
