Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、壜若しくは容器に入った液状物質若しくは濃
厚な物質を、液状物質の場合には微粒化（ａｔｏｎｉｚ
ｅ）若しくは超微粒化（ｍｉｃｒｏｎｉｚｅ）すること
も含んで、所定量分配するためのハンドポンプに関する
。
この種のポンプは公知であって、基本的には異なる直径
の同軸部分からなる円形断面の中空メインボディを備え
ており、前記メインボディは、該メインボディの開放端
部の一方から突出する同軸ステムを含む全てのポンプ操
作部材を収容しでいる。前記ステムは増巾の物質を分配
するために操作される。
特に、前記メインボディから突出するステムの端部に固
定された適当なつまみの上を、メインボディに向かって
軸方向に手で押圧することによって分配が為される。ス
テムは、前記軸方向の押圧動作が止むと戻りばねの作用
によって、静止位置若しくは非分配位置に戻される。
このタイプのポンプは、本発明と同日に出願された本発
明者名義の別の特許出願の課題であって、該特許明細書
のポンプは、ポンプ操作部材を受容するための全体とし
て管状の中空メインボディを備えており、前記ポンプ操
作部材が、前記メインボディの一方の端部から突出する
操作ステムと前記メインボディ内に前記ステムを保持す
るためのエレメントとを包含する。前記保持部材は前記
ステムが通る孔を有しており、前記ステムには前記保持
エレメントに作用する接触エレメントが備えてあり、前
記保持エレメントは、前記メインボディの内若しくは上
に設けられた対応する凹部若しくは突出部とそれぞれス
ナップ嵌めするようにされた突出部若しくは凹部を備え
ている。
公知のポンプの問題点は、かかるポンプを載置する壜若
しくは容器に入った濃厚な若しくは液状の物質の分配量
を調整することである。
前記物質を測定量分配するために、多数の方法が発明さ
れた。かかる方法の１つは、前記ステムと同軸で前記ス
テムに載置された１つ以上のスペーサリングを使用する
ことである。これらのリングは、保持エレメントと前記
ステムに備えられたカラーとの間の所定の最小距離を維
持するようにしである。このようなリングの数を変える
ことによって、ステムの軸方向行程が変化し、従って、
常に同じタイプのポンプを使用しても、分配される物質
の量を変化させる。
上記方法は、所望の所定量の物質を分配するのに必要な
数のリングを手作業で位置決めする操作員の介入を必要
とする。
前記操作は、小さいエレメント、即ちスペーサリングを
小さいスペースに入れなくてはならないので、実施する
のが常に容易であるとは限らない。
この作業が著しいコスト増加につながることは明らかで
ある。
上記から本発明の目的は、上記欠点が解消された、常に
同じタイプのポンプを使用していながら壜に入った物質
を所定量分配する装置を提供することである。
当業者には明らかになるであろう上記目的及び他の目的
は、上記タイプのハンドポンプに適用される装置であっ
て、操作ステム保持エレメントと一体的に形成され且つ
中空ポンプボディの内部に向かって延伸する手段から成
り、前記手段が、ステムの走行を制限するために前記ス
テム保持エレメントと協働するようにしてあることを特
徴とする装置によって達成される。
前記保持エレメントは通常、ステムと同軸の環状カラー
である。
本発明は、非限定的な例を示す添付の図面から明らかに
なるであろう。
ｌ生コ 第１図は、壜２の口、若しくは壜の口に載置された適当
なリングナツトに挿入されたポンプ１に本発明の装置を
取り付けた図である。ポンプ１は基本的に、異なる直径
の同軸部分で形成される（第１図には上部のみ示しであ
る）単一の管状エレメント・から成る中空メインボディ
３を備えている。
メインボディ３はポンプ１の全ての操作部材を包含する
が、そのうち第１図では同軸操作ステム４の一部のみ示
しである。操作ステム４の上方部分５は、ボディ３の一
方の端部１００近傍に置かれたキャップの形態の保持エ
レメント９に設けられた孔８を通って、メインボディ３
から上向きに突出している４更にステム４には、壜２に
入−）た物質が分配時に通る内側同軸通路６を設けであ
る。
ステム４は中空メインボディ３内に包含される下方部分
７を有する。保持エレメント９は、ボディ３の内側１１
に向かって延伸し且つ前記ボディ内に位置する端部１２
に、中空メインボディ３の上縁１５近傍に設けられた対
応する環状凹部１４にスナップ嵌めするようにされた環
状隆起部１３を有するリム１０を備えている。
本発明の装置は、ボディ３の内側１１に向かって延伸し
且つその中をステム４が滑動する空洞２０を有するよう
に保持エレメント９と一体的に形成しである中空管状付
属部１６から成る。前記付属部１６は、ステム４に設け
られた接触エレメント若しくはカラー１７と協働するよ
うにしてあり、前記カラー１７が、ポンプ１を操作した
後にステム４が壜２から遠ざかる軸方向の移動を制限す
る。カラー１７と管状付属部１６との間には環状ガスゲ
ット（不図示）が備えである。
ステム４の突出部分５を適当なエレメント（不図示）に
よる公知の方法で下向きに押圧することによって、ポン
プ１が操作されると、関係する壜２に入った物質が分配
される。前記のように、こうして壜２に入った物質がス
テム４の通路６を通って出てくる。前記ステムの突出部
分５にかかる圧力が止むと、ステム４と同軸の、カラー
１７に作用する圧縮ばね１８がステム４をその静止位置
に戻す。
カラー１７が中空管状付属部１６の端部１９と接触する
と、ステム４が壜２から遠ざかる軸方向の戻り移動が止
まる。
付属部１６が必要に応じて異なる距離だけ中空メインボ
ディ３内に延伸するように付属部１６の寸法を別様に決
めることによって、同じポンプでもポンプを操作したと
きに異なる量の物質を分配するようにできる。この点に
ついては、ボディ３内に延伸する付属部１６が長い程、
ステム４の突出部分５を押圧したときのステム４の軸方
向行程が短くなり、従ってポンプ４の操ｆＰに際して分
配される↑勿質の量が少なくなる。
物質を種々の量で分配するためには、製造されたポンプ
２は保持エレメント９を除く全てが同一であるが、保持
エレメント９の環状付属部品１６はボディ３内に異なる
距離延伸する。種々の長さの環状付属部品１６をもつ一
連の保持エレメント９を製造し、他の部品は常に同じに
して、所望量の物質を分配する環状付属部品ともつ保持
ニレメン１〜をポンプに載置すればよい。
最後に、ポンプ１を壜２、若しくは壜２に装着されたリ
ングナツトに装着できるように、ポンプは、壜若しくは
関係リングナツトの口に設けられた２つの対応する円形
リブ３０及び３１の間にスナップ嵌めするための環状拡
大部３２を、メインボディ３の上縁１５近傍に有する。
第２図の具体例では第１図の部品に対応する部品は同じ
参照番号で示しである。特に保持エレメント９Ａ４よ実
質的に、く壜２若しくは関係リングナラｌ〜の口に直接
嵌合する）公知の技術の保持エレメントと第１図の保持
エレメントとを組み合わせてできる形状を有する。第２
図の保持エレメント９八もまた、保持エレメント自体と
一体的であって、ステム４に設けられたカラー１７と協
働するようにしである管状付属部品１６を有する。付属
部品１６及びカラー１７は、ポンプ１によって分配され
る物質の量と調製する装置を規定する。この場合のボン
プは上記と類似のものであって、ここでは詳細を記述し
ない。
本発明の装置によって、所望量の物質を分配するための
特別の保持エレメントを含むように、非常に有利なこと
には機械によって完全に組み立てできるポンプを、実質
的に小さいポンプの製造コストで得ることができる。従
って、組み立てる必要がなく且つ所望量の物質を分配で
きて、壜若しくは関連リングナツトに装着する準備が整
った完全なポンプと一緒に壜を提供することができ、こ
れもまた実質的な節約である。
本発明の装置は、保持エレメントを一体的に成形するこ
とによって容易に製造することができる。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）壜若しくは容器に入った濃厚な若しくは液状の物
    質を所定量分配するための、特にハンドポンプ用の装置
    であって、前記ポンプが、該ポンプの操作部材を受容す
    るための全体として管状の中空メインボディを備えてお
    り、前記ポンプ操作部材が、前記メインボディの一方の
    端部から突出している操作ステムと、前記メインボディ
    内に前記ステムを保持するためのエレメントとを包含し
    ており、前記保持エレメントが前記ステムが通過する孔
    を有しており、前記ステムには前記保持エレメントに対
    して作用する接触エレメントが備えてあり、前記保持エ
    レメントが、前記メインボディの内若しくは上に設けら
    れた対応する凹部若しくは突出部とそれぞれスナップ嵌
    めするようにされた突出部若しくは凹部を有しており、
    前記装置が、前記操作ステムのための前記保持エレメン
    トと一体的に形成され且つ前記ポンプの前記中空ボディ
    の内側に向かつて延伸する手段を備えており、前記手段
    が、前記ステムの行程を制限するために前記ステムのた
    めの保持エレメントと協働するようにしてあることを特
    徴とする装置。
  2. （２）前記保持エレメントと一体的に形成された手段が
    、前記操作ステムが滑動できる空洞を備えた管状付属部
    品であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポンプ。
  3. （３）前記ステムの接触エレメントが該ステムと同軸の
    カラーであることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の装置。
