この考案はミシンの糸切り装置に関し、特に固
定配置した固定メスに対して動メスを往復動さ
せ、動メスの復動時に固定メスの切断刃と動メス
の刃部とによつて糸を剪断するようなミシンの糸

〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕

刃の摩耗が早く耐久性に劣る欠点があると共に、
動メスに捕捉されて剪断位置へ達する途中で、糸
が固定メスの刃部に触れて切断され、針から糸の
切断端までの長さが短かくなつて次に縫いの始め
に糸端が針の糸孔から抜けでて縫目が形成されな

た剪断力が強くなつて糸の切断が確実となり、さ
らに糸を所定の位置で確実に切断できるから切断
した針から切断端までの糸の長さが短かすぎて次
の縫い始めにその糸端が針の糸孔から抜けでて縫
目が形成できない等の事故が発生しない効果が得
られる。
