Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 冷媒をプリント板ユニツト側に循環して供
給するポンプにおいて、 ケーシング１１の内部のインペラ１２外側の高
圧域に、熱交換器３の冷却水路７を収容設置する
ことを特徴とする熱交換器付ポンプ。 (2) 上記冷却水路７はジグザグ状又はスパイラ
ル状に形成して、 インペラ１２の外側の略全周に位置する請求項
(1)記載の熱交換器付ポンプ。
