Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダ形アクチユエータと揺動アクチユエ
ータとを備え、シリンダ形アクチユエータのピス
トンロツドに、シリンダ形アクチユエータによる
直線往復動と揺動アクチユエータによる回転揺動
とを複合した運動をさせる複合アクチユエータに
おいて、 上記揺動アクチユエータを、シリンダ形アクチ
ユエータのヘツドカバーに組付け、 上記揺動アクチユエータによつて回転揺動する
シヤフトが、上記ヘツドカバー及びピストンを貫
通してピストンロツドの軸孔に相対往復動可能に
挿入し、 上記シヤフトとシリンダ形アクチユエータの往
復動部が、ブツシユによつて相対往復動及び一体
揺動可能に連結されている、 ことを特徴とする複合アクチユエータ。 ２ 揺動アクチユエータが、直線往復動する揺動
ピストンを備え、該揺動ピストンとシヤフトを、
ねじ孔とボールねじにより相対回動可能に連結し
た、 ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載した複合アクチ
ユエータ。
