- 流体圧シリンダのピストン２の位置を検出する
ための位置検出器１１ａ，１１ｂをシリンダ１に
対してピストン２の移動方向へスライド可能に取
付けると共に、位置検出器１１ａ，１１ｂにはそ
の移動方向に沿つてラツク１８，１９，２３，２
４を止着し、このラツク１８，１９，２３，２４
に噛合するピニオン１６，１７を位置検出器１１
ａ，１１ｂの移動方向への移動不能かつラツク１
８，１９，２３，２４の歯線に沿つてスライド可
能に支軸１４，１５，２１，２２に回転可能に支
持し、ラツク１８，１９，２３，２４と支軸１４
，１５，２１，２２との間にはピニオン１６，１
７の噛合線ｌ１，ｌ２の回転半径に略一致する間
隔とピニオンの噛合線ｌ１，ｌ２の回転半径に達
しない間隔とを隣合わせて設けたことを特徴とす
る流体圧シリンダにおけるピストン位置検出装置
