- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 恒弾性金属電極板のダイヤフラムと前記金
属板とは別体の固定電極とが互いに平行に向かい
合うことにより空気コンデンサーを構成し、前記
金属板からの電極取り出しワイヤを前記金属板の
外側の樹脂キヤツプで固定したことを特徴とする
静電容量式重量センサ。 (2) 前記電極取り出しワイヤーの被覆としてシ
リコン系の被覆を用いたことを特徴とする請求項
