Claims (1)
- ロールのジヤーナル部をロール軸箱に固定した
プレーンベアリングにて支持し、上記ジヤーナル
部のロール胴端面側外周部を、上記ジヤーナル部
とロール胴端面の境界部に配した内周リング及び
外周リングからなるオイルシールと、上記外周リ
ングとロール軸箱の間に設けた伸縮自在シールと
によつてシールするようにしてあるロールシフト
式圧延機のロール軸箱装置において、上記オイル
シールの外周リングを、ロール軸箱に移動自在に
貫通させ且つロールの軸心線と平行に配したガイ
ドロツドの一端に支持させると共に、該ガイドロ
ツドの他端を、ロールのシフト方向へ控ロールと
一体的に移動できる移動部材より張り出させたア
ーム部にロール軸心線方向へ移動自在に支持させ
、且つ該アーム部と上記ガイドロツドの中途部と
の間に、上記ガイドロツドを介して上記オイルシ
ールの外周リングで内周リングをロール胴端面に
常時一定に押し付けるように付勢するための弾性
体を介装させてなることを特徴とするロールシフ
ト式圧延機のロール軸箱装置。
