記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に移送され、
前記第1トラフ内に再び導かれるようにし、前記
第1トラフ内で前記部品整列手段により整列され
た部品は、該トラフから外部へと供給するように
したリニア型振動部品供給機において、前記第1
傾斜板ばね及び前記第2傾斜板ばねの各々に圧電
素子を貼着し、これらに交流電圧を印加し、これ
らの伸縮により前記第1トラフ及び前記第2トラ
フをそれぞれ前記第1及び第2の方向に部品を移
送させるべく振動させるようにしたことを特徴と
