Claims (1)

縮機室に連通する原料空気の吸入ダクトを、下方
には、圧縮機室と連通して吸着塔室側を排気口と
する脱着排気窒素の排気ダクトをそれぞれ画成し
、前記圧縮機室には、上部に原料空気の吸入用フ
アンを、その下部に圧縮機への原料空気の吸入口
と圧縮機で加圧された原料空気の冷却器をそれぞ
れ配置し、前記吸着塔室には前記複数の吸着塔と
該吸着塔よりの濃縮酸素ガスを貯える前記濃縮酸
素ガス貯槽とを配置し、前記複数の吸着塔と前記
圧縮機との間に、前記圧縮機で加圧された原料空
気の各吸着塔への供給の切換えと、該吸着塔にて
吸着された窒素の各吸着塔からの脱着排気を切換
る切換弁を設け、さらに、前記圧縮機室内下部に
