[Summary of the Invention] The cassette tape deck according to the present invention is capable of sliding the shut-off lever in the direction of the switching lever in correspondence with the switching lever that switches the tape running direction and the lock plate that locks the play lever in the operating state. The shaft-off lever is arranged so as to be rotatable in the direction of the lock plate, and the shut-off lever is slid in the direction toward and away from the switching lever by means of a mode lever. By detecting the tape end in the tape end detection state, and releasing the lock plate by rotating the lock plate in this detection state, the lock release action, that is, the shut-off action is performed in conjunction with the tape end detection action. This is what I did. [Prior Art] Various shut-off mechanisms have been proposed in the past for detecting the end of a tape in a cassette tape deck and automatically unlocking the operating mechanism of the drive system, that is, turning off the shaft.
It is also being implemented. As an example of this, the tape end is detected by optically or magnetically detecting the rotation of the reel shaft, and upon detection of the tape end, an electromagnetic magnet is operated to unlock the drive system operating mechanism. There is a device that is configured to automatically stop the drive mechanism (Utility Model No. 58-
(Refer to No. 131457 Bonsaka). Furthermore, there is also one that is configured to mechanically unlock the operating mechanism using the rotational force of the flywheel of the reel shaft. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Among the conventional techniques, the former uses an electromagnetic magnet, which increases the size of the tape deck and increases power consumption. It is unsuitable and has some defects that increase costs. In addition, in the latter case, the lock can be mechanically unlocked using the rotational force of the flywheel, so it can be made smaller, but the structure is complicated and there are many parts, making it difficult to assemble, resulting in high costs. There is a problem. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and its purpose is to improve the reliability of the operation of the shift-off mechanism, simplify the configuration, reduce the number of parts, and reduce costs. The aim is to provide a cassette tape deck that makes it possible. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the cassette tape deck of the present invention includes a pair of pinch rollers (25) corresponding to a head (21) and a pair of capstans (12), (13). ), (26) Play lever (
16) and a pair of reel shafts (
2) (3), the switching lever (2) that switches the rotation direction of the
8), a lock plate (42) that is slidably arranged in parallel with the switching lever (28), locks the play lever (16) in the operating state, and is operated to release the lock by the operating lever (46); A shut lever (38) that is slidable in the direction of the switching lever (28) and rotatable in the direction of the lock play (42), and a shaft off lever (
3g) and a mode lever (32) for switching operation.
The shutoff lever (38) detects the end of the tape by sliding toward the switching lever (28) in accordance with the switching operation of the mode lever (32), and locks the lock plate (42) by rotating in this detection state. It is configured to perform a release operation. Then, the mode lever (32) and the shaft off lever (
38) into an integral structure via an S-shaped molded spring member (39). [Function] With the above configuration, when the mode lever (32) is switched to the - reciprocating mode, the shutoff lever (38) is slid toward the switching lever (28) and brought close to the switching lever (28).
28) is pressed and rotated during the transition from reverse to forward travel. In other words, the end of the tape is detected. The rotation of the shut-off lever (38) presses the lock plate (42) and slides it in the unlocking direction.
Unlock the play lever (16). This causes the play lever (16) to return or be shut off. Furthermore, when the mode lever (32) is switched to the continuous traveling side where forward traveling and reverse traveling are repeated, the shaft off lever (38) is slid in the direction away from the switching lever (28) and is related to the movement of the switching lever (28). Therefore, the lock lever (42) is not operated to release the lock, that is, to operate to shut off, and the play lever (1) is not rotated.
6) maintains the operating state and enters a state in which forward running and reverse running are continuously repeated. In this way, the shutoff lever (38) is operated to switch between the shutoff operating state and the non-shutoff operating state by the mode lever (32). And the mode lever (32) and the shutoff lever
By making (3B) into an integral structure via the S-shaped molded spring member (39), the switching operation of the shutoff lever (38) between the molded lever (32) and the shutoff lever (38) can be performed more reliably. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a cassette tape deck will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, (1) shows the main chassis of the cassette-type tape deck, which includes the supply side reel drive shaft (hereinafter referred to as the S-side reel shaft) (2) and the take-up side reel drive shaft (hereinafter referred to as the T-side reel shaft). (3) is pivotally supported, and gears (4) and (5) are fixed concentrically to both reel shafts (21 (3), respectively, and the gear (4) of the S side reel shaft [2] is the main shan (

By engaging with ga) and pushing along this groove,
Guided by this, the shaft holes (24d,), (24d2) and (24e,), (24e2) are engaged and supported so as to fall into them. In this engagement, since the groove side periphery of the shaft hole is straight, the protrusion of the shaft does not bend the support piece, so the range of alignment with the edge when engaging with the shaft hole can be kept small. This allows for smooth engagement. Here, if the shaft hole is formed so that the linear edge enters into the groove side, the range of alignment with the protrusion of the shaft can be extremely reduced, and the engagement can be performed more smoothly. In this case, a gap will be created between the protrusion of the shaft and the shaft hole, causing some play in the pinch roller, but when the pinch roller is pressed against the capstan, the protrusion of the shaft will Since it comes into contact with the arcuate inner peripheral edge of the pinch roller, it does not interfere with the rotation of the pinch roller. The above-mentioned structure for supporting the pinch roller and the pinch lever can also be applied to the case where a gear is supported on a support arm or the like. That is, in this case, a thin support piece is formed on the support arm or the like and supports both ends of the shaft of the gear, and a groove is formed from the edge toward the shaft hole, so that the peripheral edge of the groove side of the shaft hole is straight. It will be formed into a shape. This configuration is applied to the shaft support of a gear for a fast forward lever and a rewind lever, which will be described later. (28) is a switching lever arranged so as to be slidable laterally on the back side of the main chassis (1), that is, in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the play lever (16>), on the side facing the reel shaft. A pair of engaging pawls (2

FIG. 10 shows the other side of the pinch lever, and tape guides (125a) and (125b) are provided on the inner side of the pinch lever (124) to protrude inward across the area where the head is arranged. It is. These tape guides (125a) and (125b) are inserted into the middle window between the central window where the head of the tape cassette is inserted and the windows on both sides where the pinch rollers are inserted, and guide the tape. The relationship between the head and both pinch rollers, that is, the position, can be easily determined, which is advantageous for tape buses. Also, the pinch lever (124) has a tape guide (12
5a). An erasing head may be attached instead of (125b), and in this case too, the erasing head will be inserted into the middle window of the tape cassette. Next, to explain the operation of the cassette type tape deck of this embodiment constructed as described above, first, forward running will be explained, and then reverse running will be explained. Forward running is based on the solid line and -dotted chain line in Figure 11 and the line in Figure 12.
As shown in Figure A, when the DIR lever (30) is rotated to the forward side (solid line side), the switching lever (28) changes to
31) to the left in the figure, and is held in this sliding position by a toggle spring (36). In this state, the pick-up lever (7) has a protrusion (lO) on one of the engagement claws (29) of the engagement arm (29) of the switching lever (28).

In this state, the abutment 10) is brought into contact with the tip of the bent end (19a) of one guide claw piece (19) of the play lever (16), and rotation is restricted, and the switching gear (8) at the outer end is ) is T
It is held close to the gear (5) of the side wheel shaft (3). Therefore, when the play lever (16) is slid inward by pressing the operator (18), the guide claw piece (19)

On the other hand, the pinch lever (24) mounted on the play lever (16) is also moved inward together with the play lever (16), so that an engagement pin protrudes from the lower surface side of the arm piece (24a). (27) is one leg portion (35b) of the torsion coil spring (35) attached to the switching lever (28).
), the pinch lever (24) slides against the play lever (16) to the left, and the pinch roller (26) on the right side slides against the play lever (16). ) is pressed against one of the corresponding capstans (13) by the biasing force of the torsion coil spring (35), resulting in a forward traveling state (FIG. 11 - dotted chain line). Next, to explain reverse driving, in this case, DI
Rotate the R lever (30) to the reverse side as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 11 and as shown in FIG. 12. By rotating this DIR lever (30) to the reverse side,

) is held by the reversal elasticity. In this state, the pick-up lever (7) is rotated counterclockwise as the protrusion (10) engages with the other engagement claw (29a) of the engagement arm (29) of the switching lever (28). The protrusion (10>) is brought into contact with the tip of the bent end (20a) of the other guide claw piece (20) of the play lever (16), and rotation is restricted, and the switching gear (8) is S side reel shaft (2
) is held in close proximity to the rewinding gear (6) which meshes with the gear (4). Furthermore, by sliding the switching lever (28) to the right, the torsion coil spring (35) is also moved to the right. Therefore, when the play lever (16) is slid inward in the same manner as the forward travel operation described above, the guide claw piece 20)
The bent end (20a) of the pick-up lever (7) is separated from the projection (10) of the pick-up lever (7), and the regulation of the pick-up lever (7) is released and the toggle spring (11) rotates and biases the switch gear ( 8) is meshed with the rewind gear (6) (111th chain double-dashed line). On the other hand, the pinch lever (24), which is moved inward together with the play lever (16), has its engagement pin (27) moved to the right side of the other leg portion (35a) of the torsion coil spring (35). ), the pinch roller (25) on the left side is slid to the right by being guided and slid into sliding contact with the bent tip (35a,), and the left pinch roller (25) is twisted into the corresponding other capstan (12). The biasing force of the coil spring (35) presses the coil spring (35) into reverse running state (111th
(double-dashed line). The above switching operation between forward travel and reverse travel can also be performed in the state where the play lever (16) is pressed and slid and locked, that is, in the play state. In this case, the forward switching operation, that is, the left side of the switching lever (28) At the same time as sliding, the switching gear (8) switches to the gear (5) of the T-side slide shaft (3).
), the pinch lever (24) is slid to the left by the compression elasticity of one leg (35b) of the torsion coil spring (35), and the right pinch roller (26) is engaged with one capstan (13). ) is pressed against. Further, at the same time as the reverse switching operation, that is, the rightward sliding of the switching lever (28), the switching gear (8) is meshed with the rewinding gear (6) that is meshed with the gear (4) of the S-side reel shaft (2). At the same time, the pinch lever (24) is attached to a torsion coil spring (35).
) is slid to the right by the pressing elasticity of the other leg portion (35a), and the left pinch roller (25) is pressed against the other capstan (12). The above forward play and reverse play operations are performed with the tape cassette loaded on the tape deck, that is, both reel shafts (2) and (3) are fitted into the reel hub, and both capstans (12) and (13) are inserted into the capstan. This is done while the device is inserted into the hole. That is, when the DIR lever (30) is switched to the forward side or the reverse side and the play lever (16) is pressed and slid to be locked by the lock plate (42), the tape is moved between one capstan (13) and the pinch roller (26). , or the other capstan (12) and the pinch roller (25), and the head (21) is inserted into the tape cassette through the central window and comes into contact with the tape. In this state, the motor (5B) is driven and the capstan (
12) and (13) are flywheels (14) and (1
5), and the rotation of one flywheel (15) is transferred from the capstan gear (15a) to the detection gear (49), The rotation of the switching gear (8) is transmitted via the intermediate gear (50) and the interlocking gear (9).
The rotation is transmitted to the side reel shaft (3) via the unwinding gear (6) and the gear (4), and the T-side reel shaft (3) or the S-side reel shaft (2) is rotated. By rotating the T-side reel shaft (3) or the S-side reel shaft (2), the tape in the tape cassette is run forward or reverse. As mentioned above, this example uses one pinch lever (24
) is equipped with a pair of pinch rollers, namely a reverse pinch roller (25) and a forward pinch roller (26) symmetrically, and the pinch lever (24) is slid horizontally on the play lever (16). By sliding this pinch lever (24) in the left and right direction, a reverse capstan (12) and a forward capstan ( 13), crimping and non-crimping are switched. Additionally, the movement of the pinch lever (24) is controlled by the switching lever (28) used to switch the pick-up lever (7) that transmits rotation to the S-side reel shaft (2) and the T-side reel shaft (3).
) The engagement pin (27) is engaged with a torsion coil spring (35) serving as an engagement pressing means provided in the body. In this way, one switching lever (28) is used for switching between forward travel and reverse travel. Furthermore, when stopping, that is, when the play lever (16) returns, the pinch lever (24) is separated from the torsion coil spring (35), so no reaction force from the pinch lever (24) is applied to the switching lever (28). , the play lever (16) returns smoothly without twisting or the like. By returning this play lever (16), the pinch lever
In (24), the pinch lever (24) is slid to the neutral position when the engagement pin (27) is guided to the top of the inverted triangular guide hole (1a) provided in the main chassis (1). Ru. In addition, both leg pieces (35a) of the torsion coil spring (35), the tips (35a, ) of (35′O),
(35b,) is bent outward, so that even if the DIR lever (30) is switched at the time of stopping, the pinch lever (24) will be switched to the play lever (16) at the next play.
By pushing and sliding, the engagement pin (27) is guided by either leg of the torsion coil spring (35), allowing it to slide smoothly in the switching direction of the switching lever (28). . In addition, the take-up lever (7) has a toggle spring (11)
By forcibly biasing the switching lever (28) in both rotational directions, the toggle mechanism does not need to be pushed all the way once it passes the dead center, and the stroke of the switching lever (28) is controlled by the stroke of the pick-up lever (7). This is so that the stroke of the switching lever (28) can be minimized, leading to effective use of space. This also leads to a margin in the stroke of the switching lever (28), so that the position of the pick-up lever (7) does not have to be influenced by the switching lever (28) during play operation and when stopping. Conversely, it is possible to avoid affecting the engagement of the switching gear (8). Since the operation of the switching lever (28) and the take-up lever (7) is not affected by the position, the play lever (16) returns smoothly and the switching lever (28) position memory is changed. Directly set the lever (28) to DI
It can also be used for R display. As described above, in this example, by rotating the DIR lever (30), the switching lever (28) is switched and slid to perform forward travel and reverse travel. The shut-off operation is performed by operating the mode lever (32) as shown in FIG. It is switched to the continuous running side, which is repeated and continuous. In one reciprocating driving mode in which the mode lever (32) continuously performs forward driving and reverse driving, the mode lever (32)
The shut-off lever (38) connected to the switch lever (39) by the spring member (39) is pushed inward, that is, in the direction of the switching lever (28), and the engaging claw (38a) at its tip engages the switching lever (
28) to a position where it engages with the claw (33), and when the switching lever (28) moves from reverse to forward travel, the claw (33) engages and presses the engaging claw (38a). As a result, the shut-off lever (38) is rotated to press the pressed portion (42a) of the lock plate (42), and the lock plate (42) is slid in the unlocking direction to release the play lever (16). The lock is released and the play lever (16) is returned to its original position, ie, shut off. By the way, the DIR lever (30) is the switching lever (28).
It is not completely connected to the switching lever (28), but has a required gap a between the switching lever (28> and the engaging part (30a) for the protrusion (31)).
28) Switching from reverse driving to forward driving D
When switching manually using the IR lever (30), use the DI
When the R lever (30) is rotated, the pressing protrusion (30b) hits the rising piece (38b) of the shut-off lever (38) before the engaging part (30a) presses the protrusion (31). The shut-off lever (38) is pushed outward, that is, in the direction away from the switching lever (28), and the engagement claw (38a) at the tip thereof is moved out of the trajectory of the claw (33) of the switching lever (28). . For this reason, the shutoff lever (38) is used to switch the switching lever (28) to forward travel.
The IR lever (30) is not rotated during switching and sliding, that is, a shut-off operation is not performed. Furthermore, when the mode lever (32) is switched to the continuous traveling side where forward traveling and reverse traveling are repeated, the shutoff lever (38) is moved by the spring member (39) to the switching lever (2).
8), the engagement pawl (38a) comes out of the trajectory of the pawl (33) of the switching lever (28), and the switching lever (28) is free to move in the forward running direction and the reverse running direction. Slide and lock lever (42)
is not unlocked, that is, is not shut off, and is in a state where forward running and reverse running are continuously repeated. Next, the detection gear (49) and the pickup lever (54)
The mechanism for detecting tape end and automatically switching will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 and 13. In this configuration, the detection gear (49) is the capstan (
13) rotates in one direction via the capstan gear (15a), and the pickup lever (54) transfers the force in the rotational direction of the T-side spindle (3) via the friction spring (57>). In other words, when the T-side slide shaft (3) is rotated in the forward running direction, the pickup lever (54) is rotated so that the engagement protrusion (55) is connected to the detection gear (49). slides on the inner periphery of the inner cam (51) and is swung within the range shown in Figure 7 l-11,
In addition, when the T-side slide shaft (3) is rotated in the reverse running direction, the pickup lever (54) has an engagement protrusion (55) that slides on the outer periphery of the outer cam (52) of the detection gear (49). It is oscillated within the range shown in the figure I-IV. When the T-side slide shaft (3) stops at the tape end, the pickup lever (54) is moved to the ■ position in Figure 7 in the forward running state, and to the ■ position in the same figure in the reverse running state. position, that is, centered. In this state, the detection gear (49) is further rotated, so that the guide portion (53) protruding from the detection gear (49) moves the engagement protrusion (55) of the pickup lever (54) to the H position. Kick-off is performed by the first guide portion (53a) when the vehicle is in the position (3), and by the second guide portion (53b) when the vehicle is in the position (3), thereby automatically switching between forward travel and reverse travel. Here, the pickup lever (54) changes the centering position during forward running and reverse running, and also changes the kicking position by the guide protrusion (53), so that the upper end of the engagement protrusion (55) The pickup lever (54) is guided by the guide recess (56) formed in (1) and moved in two different directions, and the movement of the pickup lever (54) directly moves the pickup lever (54) left and right, that is, in the reverse running direction and the forward running direction. It is designed to switch to The first guide part (56a) and the second guide part (56) of this guide recess (56)
The guide portions (56b) of the switching levers (28) have the first
and the second guide edges (34b) and (34a) correspond to each other. That is, at the end of the forward travel, the pickup lever (54) centered at point ■ in FIG. The switching lever (28) is pressed in the direction of the first guide part (56a) of the guide recess (56) by the first guide part (53a), and is in a state facing the first guide part (56a). Contacting the first guide edge (34b) and pressing this guide! (34b), this causes the switching lever (28) to slide in the right direction, that is, in the reverse running direction,
Can be switched to reverse driving. Furthermore, at the end of reverse travel, the pickup lever (54) centered at point ■ in FIG.
b) the second guide part (56b) of the guide recess (56)
The second guide edge (28) of the switching lever (28) is pressed in the direction of the second guide II (56b).
34b) and press it, thereby switching the switching lever (2
8) is slid to the left, immediately in the forward running direction, and switched to forward running. In the above configuration, the tension coil spring that takes the friction of the pickup lever (54), that is, the friction spring (57), is attached to the pickup lever (54).
It also serves as a return spring when pressed and moved by the guide protrusion (56) of the detection gear (49). Furthermore, even if the tape is rewinded without being loaded, the T-side thread shaft (3) will not rotate, resulting in repeated switching operations. To prevent this,
The outer cam (52) of the detection gear (49) is prevented by a spring (70>) that prevents the pickup lever (54) from operating except during play operation.
It is always pressed against the play lever, and during play operation, the play lever <
An engagement pin (71) protruding from the tip of the lever (16) pushes the prevention spring (70) away from the pickup lever (54). In this way, in this example, the traveling direction switching mechanism consists of one detection gear (49) and one pickup Lenoy (5).
4) It is composed of extremely few parts. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a switching lever that is slidably disposed in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the Braille/(-) and that switches the rotational direction of a pair of reel shafts. A shut-off lever is arranged so as to be slidable in the direction of the change-over lever and rotatable in the direction of the lock plate in correspondence with a lock plate slidably arranged in parallel with the change-over lever. The shut-off lever detects the tape end in the close sliding state in the direction of the switching lever, and is rotated in this detection state. By making the lock plate perform the lock release operation, the lock release operation, that is, the shut-off operation is performed in reliably in conjunction with the tape end detection operation. Therefore, the reliability of the operation of the shut-off mechanism is improved, and The configuration is simplified, the number of parts is reduced, and costs can be reduced.
