Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 湯沸し瓶（或は湯槽）の外周囲壁に最小ひと
まわり或はそれ以上の螺旋状の内くぼみ環溝を設
けて、電熱管をその中にはめこみ設置し、熱隔離
層で電熱管のある個所を被覆させた後、金属製の
固定環をその上にはめて堅く締付け固定し、電熱
管の電源コードと接続するターミナルを固定環の
外に伸出させて、湯沸し瓶の洗浄が電熱管に邪魔
されない熱伝導の効率を高いものとしたことを特
徴とする電熱湯沸しの構造。 ２ 上記湯沸し瓶（或は湯槽）の外周囲壁に設け
る内くぼみ環溝を最小ひとまわり以上の螺旋状に
形成させる時、この内くぼみ環溝の下端の溝口は
湯沸し瓶の底縁に連接させて、螺旋状の電熱管の
差し込み取付けに供するようにした請求項１記載
の電熱湯沸しの構造。 ３ 上記湯沸し瓶（或は湯槽）の外周囲壁に設け
る内くぼみ環溝の深さと幅は少なくとも電熱管の
外管の直径と等しくした請求項１記載の電熱湯沸
しの構造。 ４ 上記湯沸し瓶（或は湯槽）の外周囲壁に設け
る螺旋状の内くぼみ環溝は最小ひとまわり或はそ
れ以上の単列に上下平行に配置し、少なくとも１
本の単管状の電熱管をその中に取付け、熱の伝導
面積を広くして伝導効率を高めるようにした請求
項１記載の電熱湯沸しの構造。
