- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 相対的に一方向に移動せしめられる原稿に対し
て、その移動方向に直交する走査方向に沿つてラ
イン状の照明光を照射する光源装置と、該光源装
置から照射され上記原稿の表面で反射された光が
レンズを介して入射されるライン状の受光装置と
を含む画像読取り装置において、 レンズとしてマイクロレンズアレイが備えられ
ていて、上記受光装置が、該マイクロレンズアレ
イの射出側の端面に一体的に形成されたａ−Ｓｉ
膜により構成されていることを特徴とする画像読
取り装置。
