本発明は、自動ビス締め機において、頭部外径
寸法の異なる2種類のネジ止め作業を1ステーシ
ヨンで効率よく行なうようにしてなる自動ビス締

機を各ステーシヨンに設置していたために、スペ
ース効率が悪く、しかも設備費も増大するなどの

のビスを同一形状のビス吸引パイプにより吸着可
能にし、上記ビス吸引パイプにビスの頭部外径寸
法に対応したビス供給装置より順次ビスを送り込
むよう構成して成る自動ビス締め機におけるビス

おり、上記インナーパイプ2の適当な位置にバキ
ユームエア用の吸引パイプ4が接続されている。
また、上記インナーパイプ2にはモータ5によつ
て回転駆動されるドライバー6が上下に摺動可能
に挿入されており、アウターパイプ1の下面に移
送されたビス7a、または7bをバキユームエア
によつて吸引しながらドライバー6がインナーパ
イプ2と共に下降して把持するようになつてい

によれば、頭部外径寸法の異なる2種類のビスを
同軸センターで吸引、吸着でき、且つ、取り付
け、組付け時の間もそれぞれ寸法の異なるビスが
軸ずれを起こすことがないため、作業性が上が
る。また同じステーシヨンで頭部外径寸法の異な
る2種類のビスの供給が行なえるため、スペース
の利用効率が向上し、X−Yテーブル、ロツボト
