Infrared rays are generated, and the far-infrared radiating fabric is constructed by coating the far-infrared radiant paint 4 on the ceramic thin plate 3. For example, if the ceramic thin plate 3 is made of alumina only and the far-infrared radiant paint 4 is coated on the ceramic thin plate 3, If the coating material is made of one or more of zirconia, silica, titanium, silicon carbide, etc., the far-infrared radiation paint 4 can radiate far-infrared rays of wavelengths other than the wavelength range of the far-infrared rays radiated by the ceramic made of alumina. Become something. Therefore, alumina alone can only radiate far-infrared rays with a wavelength width of about 5 to 12 microns (effective for decomposing body fat), but by applying far-infrared rays radiating paint material on its top surface, , about 12 to 24 microns (effective for cell activation)
It becomes possible to radiate far-infrared rays with a wavelength width of When it is sewn as a part of clothing, it is always in contact with a predetermined position on the human body's pathway, and it is constructed as in item 1 and stored in a storage section provided in advance at a predetermined location on the pathway, such as a pocket of the clothing. It can also be used by wrapping or pasting.

As shown in the partially cutaway perspective view of FIG. 1, a ceramic thin plate 3 made of alumina or the like is laminated on a reflective paper 2 made of aluminum foil or the like with a large number of through holes 1 perforated therein, and a far-infrared radiant paint 4 is applied on top of it. It is coated with gauze covers 5 and 6 on the front and back, and is formed integrally. In Fig. 2, the heat insulating material 7 is overlapped and the gauze-like covers 5 and 6 are covered on the front and back so that it comes into direct contact with the skin. However, it has a better feel.

果を挙げる事が出来る優れた考案である。Effects of the invention As a result of the above-described structure, the invention produces the following effects. The far-infrared radiating fabric according to the present invention is constructed by applying the far-infrared radiating paint 4 on the ceramic thin plate 3. For example, the ceramic thin plate 3 is made of alumina only, and the far-infrared radiating paint 4 is made of zirconia. , silica, titanium, silicon carbide, etc., far-infrared rays of wavelengths other than those radiated by ceramics made of alumina can be used as far-infrared radiant paint 4.
It becomes more radiant. Therefore, alumina alone can only radiate far-infrared rays with a wavelength width of about 5 to 12 microns (effective for decomposing body fat), but by applying far-infrared rays radiating paint material on its top surface, , far infrared rays with a wavelength width of about 12 to 24 microns (effective for cell activation) can be radiated, and the wavelength of far infrared rays as a whole becomes wider, improving the radiation characteristics. By coming into contact with the human body, it is possible to promote healing of the affected area. In addition, in the manufacturing process, it is only necessary to apply a coating material that radiates far infrared rays onto a ceramic thin plate made of a single substance such as alumina, so several types of paint materials that radiate far infrared rays with a wide wavelength range are used. This eliminates the need for a complicated process of mixing, sintering, and solidifying materials such as metal oxides and ceramics, and contributes to cost reduction. In addition, the far infrared rays generated from the ceramic thin plate 3 using body temperature generated from the human body as a heating source are further amplified and radiated with an infrared ray radiating paint 4, and reflective paper such as aluminum foil with many through holes 1 is used. In step 2, radiant heat is reflected inside while releasing sweat and other vapors to the outside to avoid wasteful heat radiation. It can be made into a long length and wrapped, or coated with an adhesive and pasted. When used, heat is stored here, so if it is formed into one piece and stored in a pocket, etc., or sewn into clothing and placed on the body's meridian, it can have a remarkable moxibustion effect. It is an idea.
