As a first dry method intended for ease of construction, a method has been proposed in which a curtain wall unit is constructed in advance and the curtain wall unit is installed in a building.

It is difficult to avoid collisions between curtain wall units that are arranged continuously, and especially when two stone exterior panels collide with each other, cracks may occur due to the weak impact resistance of the material. Alternatively, it may be partially damaged, which may cause a delay in the construction period, is dangerous, and also causes an increase in replacement costs.

At the same time, the step width between the opposing edges is made relatively larger than the set interval width of the frame side edges, and a series of non-contacting gap grooves are interposed between the opposing edges over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The present invention relates to a stone exterior panel protection device for a curtain wall unit, which is characterized in that it is provided with the following features:

Since the grooves are interposed in a series over the entire length, even though the width of the grooves may expand during predetermined alignment, they are always present and prevent the stone exterior panels from coming into contact with each other. to protect these stone exterior panels.

For example, a soft tongue-shaped plugging material between opposing edges (through holes are appropriately provided in the case of an equal-pressure space) is provided, for example, by being held in a bracket, or a hard plugging material is installed after the upper and lower units are removed. By fitting, the appearance of the two can be improved, or in such a case, the width of the step can be further expanded. In addition, if the non-contact gap groove is about 10 mm, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the stone exterior panels from coming into contact with each other. Also, it is possible to make it larger, for example, about 20 mm, but the step width It is not desirable to expand too much, as this will result in further expansion.

A step is formed by vertically deviating from the frame side edge, and the step width between the opposing edges is made relatively larger than the set interval width of the frame side edge. This is because a series of non-contacting air gap grooves are interposed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction.

It is possible to effectively and reliably prevent the stone exterior panels from coming into contact with each other, and therefore to prevent and protect them from cracking or breaking as much as possible.

There is no special need for complicated work or measures.

置。In a curtain wall unit that is continuously arranged vertically, one or both of the opposing edges of the stone exterior panels are offset in the vertical direction with respect to the frame side edge of the panel holding frame or its attached member to create a step. At the same time, the step width between the opposing edges is made relatively larger than the set interval width of the frame side edges, and a series of non-contacting gap grooves are interposed between the opposing edges over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. A stone exterior panel protection device for a curtain wall unit.
