- レーザダイオード駆動回路とオフセツト電流調
整回路とを有し、前記オフセツト電流調整回路の
出力を前記レーザダイオードに伝える配線の線巾
を前記駆動電流調整回路の出力を前記レーザダイ
オードに伝える配線の線巾に比較して１／２以下
にしたことを特徴とするレーザダイオード駆動用
集積回路。
