は近接スイツチの出力と差動変圧器の出力との関
係を示すタイムチヤートである。 １１：ハウジング、１２：上部定盤、１３：切
刃支持パネル、１４：切刃、１５：下部定盤、１
６：駆動機構、１７：用紙、２１：差動変圧器、
２３：Ａ／Ｄ変換器、２４：最大値検出器、２５
：近接スイツチ（定点通過検出器）、２６：表示
装置、３１：信号間隔測定器、３２：打抜速度演
算器。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 打抜機の上下動部材が１往復する過程で所定の
    ポイントを通過したことを検出する定点通過検出
    器と、打抜機のハウジングの変位から抜圧を検出
    する差動変圧器と、上記定点通過検出器からの信
    号が入つた後の差動変圧器の出力の最大値を検出
    する最大値検出器とを備えた抜圧測定装置に、上
    記定点通過検出器で検出した信号の時間間隔を測
    定する信号間隔測定器と、測定した信号間隔から
    打抜速度を演算する演算器とを付加したことを特
    徴とする抜圧および打抜速度測定装置。
