Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a propulsion pipe, which is easily transported and stored and has excellent workability, by mutually connecting a plurality of rigid short pipe sections and bendable flexible sections separately interposed among the short pipe sections before underground propulsion. CONSTITUTION:A propulsion pipe 2 is composed of a plurality of rigid short pipe sections 2A (length of approximately 70-300mm) and bendable flexible sections 2B separately interposed among these short pipe sections 2A, and the required length sections of a plurality of these rigid short pipe sections 2A and flexible sections 2B are mutually coupled previously before underground propulsion. The flexible sections 2B are formed so as to have spherical bearing structure consisting of internal cylinders 9, outer circumferential surfaces of which are shaped to a spherical surface, and external cylinders 10, to which the internal cylinders 9 are externally fitted slidably and which receive the internal cylinders 9 at that time, and constituted so that the rigid short pipe sections 2A before and behind the flexible sections 2B are mutually formed in a bendable manner at 3-10 deg. and the propulsion pipe 2 is curved to the small radius of curvature. Accordingly, when spaces among the adjacent flexible sections 2B are set to approximately 100mm, the diameter of a drum 6 on which the propulsion pipe 2 is wound can be shaped to approximately 2m.

However, at construction sites where the propulsion pipe is propelled underground, it is necessary to connect the rigid long pipe member and the flexible member while pushing the pipe into the ground, which not only has the disadvantage of requiring a lot of work. However, since the members to be connected are separated, great care must be taken when transporting and storing them to the construction site.

The characteristic structure of the propulsion pipe for the propulsion method of the present invention includes a plurality of rigid short pipe parts and bendable flexible parts separately interposed between the plurality of rigid short pipe parts. The flexible part and the flexible part are connected to each other before being propelled underground, and their effects are as follows.

In other words, a propulsion pipe in which multiple rigid short pipe sections and multiple flexible sections are connected to each other only needs to be prepared as long as it has the minimum length required for construction. Compared to propulsion tubes that have a large number of parts, they are not only easier to store, but also easier to transport in a rolled state to the construction site where they will be propelled underground. It can be pushed into the ground and propelled underground without assembling the propulsion tube.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the propulsion pressing member (3) of the propulsion head (1) presses the propulsion pipe (2) connected to the propulsion head (1) in the construction pit (5). ),
A guide member (4) is provided to hold the propulsion tube (2) so that it does not bend when it is pressed by the pressing member (3), and the propulsion tube (2) is wound around the upper part of the construction pit (5). The winding inner drum (6), which is a handle, is removably installed to constitute a propulsion device for the propulsion method.

As shown in FIG. 4, the propulsion head (1) has a small diameter head body (IA) of, for example, 50 to 70 mm, and a head body (IA) with the same diameter as the head body (IA). It consists of an excavated part <18) attached to the tip side so as to be rotatable around the front-rear axis (P). Then, the excavation part (I

That is, when the propulsion head (1) is moved straight, it is propelled while rotating the excavation part (IB) relative to the head body (IA), and when it is turned, it is radially opposite to the side to be turned. If you propel it with the pressure receiving surface (F) facing the side,
The pressure receiving surface (F) receives earth pressure, and the propulsion direction of the propulsion head 1) is directed to the opposite side of the pressure receiving surface (F).

The propulsion tube (2), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4,
Multiple rigid short tube sections (2A) (length approx. 70-300mm)
The structure consists of a plurality of rigid short pipe parts (2A) and a bendable flexible part (2B) separately interposed between the plurality of rigid short pipe parts (2A) and flexible parts (2B). This means that the required length is connected to each other before being propelled underground.
