に示された振動式電気がみそりは、第9図に示すように
、モータ8及び電池9を内蔵する本体ハウジング12の
上端から一体に突設したアーム13の先端に、2枚のが
みそり刃1,1を備えた取付台11を装着したものとし
て形成されており、スイッチ14の操作でモータ8を回
転させると、モータ8の出力軸に取り付けられた偏心分
銅3によって振動が生じ、この振動がモータ8とモータ
取付台15と本体ハウジング12とを介してかみそり刃

いる。
[作用コ
本発明によれば、モータを内蔵したグリップ部に対して
偏心分銅を備えたヘッド部を着脱自在としていることか
ら、偏心分銅の偏心回転によって生ずる振動はヘッド部
に伝わりやすく、従ってヘッド部に設けられたかみそり
刃を十分振動させることができるものであり、そしてヘ
ッド部がグリップ部と別体であるために、ヘッド部の振
動はグリップ部に伝達されにくいものである。
[実施例コ
以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述すると、第1
図〜第3図は一実施例を示している。この振動式電気か
みそりは、モータ8及び電池9を内蔵したグリップ部7
と、グリップ部7の下端に装着された電池カバー10と
、グリップ部7の上端に着脱自在に連結されるヘッド部
2と、2枚のかみそり刃1,1を備えてヘッド部2上端
に取り付けられた取付台11とで形成されている。
グリップ部7の上端は、第1図から明らかなように、リ
ング5で囲まれた小径筒部となっており、モータ8の出
力軸80に取り付けられた駆動軸81と、この駆動軸8
1に取り付けられた駆動側継手82とが小径筒部内に位
置している。尚、駆動軸81に対して駆動側継手82は
回転伝達可能に、且つ軸方向摺動が所要範囲内で自在と
なるように取り付けられており、またばね84によって
駆動側継手82は上方へと付勢されている1図中14は
スイッチハンドル、15は防水用パツキンである。
一方、ヘッド部2は、第3図から明らかなように、前後
二つ割りで形成されたハウジング21゜22からなるも
ので、グリップ部7の前記小径筒部の内面に差し込まれ
てバヨネット係合によってグリップ部7側と連結される
嵌合筒部25を下端から突設しており、内部には偏心分
銅3が取り付けられた従動側継手30が配設されている
。
この従動側継手30は、前記駆動側継手82に着脱自在
に連結されてモータ8の回転を偏心分銅3に伝達するも
のであって、上面から突設した偏心軸35を偏心分銅3
に圧入固定している。そして、従動側継手3oはその外
周面に有する鍔36によって嵌合筒部25内への落ち込
みが防がれている上に、偏心分銅3の上方側に偏心分銅
3の上面から突設された軸31が孔24内に挿通される
リング状のガイド部材23があって、上方への移動が妨
げられており、このためにグリップ部7からヘッド部2
を外した時も、偏心分銅3及び従動側継手30はヘッド
部2内の所定位置にとどまり、次にヘッド部2をグリッ
プ部7に連結した時、駆動側継手82と従動側継手30
とが確実に連結されるようになっている。
2枚のかみそり刃1,1を備えた取付台11は、ヘッド
部2の上端に二つ割りのハウジング21゜22を前後か
らはさむ状態で着脱自在に取り付けられるものであり、
そしてヘッド部2の上端に配された固定ばね17との係
合で位置決め固定される。
しかして、この振動式電気かみそりにおいては、スイッ
チ14の操作でモータ8を回転させたならば、駆動軸8
1と駆動側継手82、そして従動側継手30を通じて偏
心分銅3が駆動されるものであり、この偏心分銅3の偏
心回転によって振動が生ずる。この時、偏心分銅3から
突設されている軸31がモータ8の出力軸80に対して
清心していることから、偏心分銅3の偏心回転に伴い、
リング状ガイド部材23の孔24の内面を摺接するもの
であり、上記振動はガイド部材23を通じてヘッド部2
のハウジング21.22に確実に伝達され、かみそり刃
1に微振動が与えられる。
そして、このようにかみそり刃1への振動伝達を確実に
且つロスの少ない状態で行えるために、偏心分銅3の偏
心量及び重量が小さくとも、髭剃りに十分な振動をかみ
そり刃1に与えることができるものであり、またモータ
8の高速回転が可能となるために、かみそり刃1の振動
数を高めることができ、この点においても良好な髭剃り
作用を得られるものである。
加えるに、偏心分銅3の偏心量及び重量が小さくできる
ために、重心Gをはさむ反対側のグリップ部7の下端側
に生ずる振動を小さくできるものであり、殊にヘッド部
2がグリップ部7に着脱自在に連結されるものとなって
いてヘッド部2の振動がグリップ部7側に伝わりにくく
なっていることから、更にグリップ部7の振動を抑える
ことができるものである。
上記ガイド部材23は、第4図に示すように、孔24を
有しておらず、単に偏心分銅3の上面が下面に摺接する
形態のものであってもよい。
また第5図乃至第7図あるいは第8図に示すように、偏
心分銅3の軸31をモータ8の出力軸80と同軸に設け
て、この軸31をヘッド部2のハウジング22もしくは
ハウジング21と一体に形成したガイド部材23に形成
した軸受27で受けるようにしてもよい、モータ8を内
蔵したグリップ部7と、偏心分銅3を内蔵したヘッド部
2とを分離させたものでは、モータ3から偏心分銅3の
距離がどうしても長くなるために、軸振れが大きくなっ
てモータ負荷が増え、回転数が低下しやすくなるが、こ
のように軸受27を設けた時には、この回転数の低下に
よる振動効果の低減を防ぐことができる。
尚、上記各実施例ではヘッド部2に設けたガイド部材2
3が偏心分銅3の回転のガイドを行うとともに、偏心分
銅3によって生ずる振動がヘッド部2に確実に伝達され
るものを示したが、ガイド部材23がなくとも、良好な
