Claims (1)
- アクスルハウジング本体の中心孔の両外端部に
それぞれスピンドルの内端部を挿入したのち、両
者の開先を溶接してなる溶接構造車軸において、
上記スピンドルの挿入部の先端部に比較的長い長
さにわたつて形成されたアクスルハウジング本体
の中心孔内径より僅か小径のすきま嵌め部と、上
記すきま嵌め部に隣接し比較的長い長さにわたつ
て形成された上記すきま嵌め部よりも若干小径の
小径部と、上記小径部の基端と開先との間に形成
され比較的短い長さにわたつて適宜の締め代をも
つて上記アクスルハウジング本体の中心孔に圧入
される圧入部を具えたことを特徴とする溶接構造
車軸。
