Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スポツト溶接用空気圧シリンダ式アクチユエー
    タにおいて、主シリンダ内に嵌装された筒状ピス
    トンと、同筒状ピストン内に嵌装されて溶接ガン
    作動ロツドに連結された内部ピストンとをそなえ
    るとともに、上記筒状ピストンと上記内部ピスト
    ンとを一方向へ移動させて上記溶接ガン作動ロツ
    ドを小口状態に移行させるべく上記主シリンダの
    一方の端壁と上記筒状ピストンとの間の第１スペ
    ースに接続された第１の給排気系と、上記内部ピ
    ストンと上記筒状ピストンとを他方向へ移動させ
    て上記溶接ガン作動ロツドを大口状態に移行させ
    るべく上記内部ピストンと上記主シリンダの他方
    の端壁との間の第２スペースに接続された第２の
    給排気系と、上記溶接ガン作動ロツドの小口状態
    で上記内部ピストンの往復動によりスポツト溶接
    を断続的に行なうべく上記筒状ピストンと上記内
    部ピストンとの間の中間スペースに接続された第
    ３の給排気系とをそなえ、上記第２の給排気系か
    らの分岐部に接続された切換弁が設けられて、同
    切換弁に、上記第１の給排気系を通じての給気に
    よる小口状態への移行時に上記第２スペースを大
    気圧に開放させる開放切換部と、上記第２の給排
    気系を通じての給気による大口状態への移行時に
    上記分岐部を閉鎖する第１の閉鎖切換部と、上記
    小口状態における上記内部ピストンの往復動時に
    上記分岐部を閉鎖する第２の閉鎖切換部とが設け
    られたことを特徴とする、スポツト溶接用空気圧
    シリンダ式アクチユエータ。
