Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent warping from being generated by bonding sawn plates on sections corresponding with rail sections after facing veneers are bonded on both surfaces of a plywood, and by bonding small end veneers on two or more surfaces at least at small ends on four peripheral surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Both the surfaces of a plywood 1 are coated with adhesives, and facing veneers 2 are heaped up, and are thermal-pressure-tightened to manufacture a both-surface facing plywood 2. Besides, a sawn oak member is cut off in specified dimension, and vertical rails 5 and horizontal rails 4 are manufactured. After that, on the four peripheral sides of the plywood 3, the vertical rails 5 and the horizontal rails 4 are arranged through both surfaces, and are bonded with adhesives. After that, on small end surfaces in the longitudinal direction, small end veneers 6 are bonded to manufacture a door. Then, sawn members for forming the rails 4, 5 are made thinner, and warping or out-of- order stress is reduced. Accordingly, the warping of the door or the like can be prevented from being generated.

After construction, the door is attached to the frame material only with hinges and is left in an extremely free state, so there is no way to correct warpage or misalignment.

Even in rooms equipped with modern air-conditioning equipment, the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) between one room, one room, and the hallway are different, so doors that exist at the boundary are exposed to extremely harsh conditions, causing them to warp or go awry. It is easy to occur.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has a door that prevents warping due to a completely different structure, neither a conventional flush door nor a solid door, and the finished product is not a solid door. The object of the present invention is to provide a door that has an appearance similar to that of a conventional door, has an extremely heavy feel, is easy to manufacture, and can be produced in large quantities.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The warp-preventing door of the present invention is obtained by pasting decorative veneer on both sides of the plywood, then pasting a sawn board on the part corresponding to the frame, and It is characterized in that a small end veneer is attached to at least two of the end faces.

That is, as shown in Figure F51, the door of the present invention is made by pasting the decorative veneer 2 on both sides of a plywood l with a certain thickness to make a double-sided decorative plywood, and attaching a part of the frame member at the same time as the mirror plate. It was made integrally from two sheets of double-sided decorative plywood. Therefore, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, horizontal and vertical frames 4 and 5 made from sawn boards are pasted together on the part of the double-sided decorative plywood 3 that corresponds to the frame part to form the frame part. If the frame part is formed by sawing and sandwiching decorative plywood in this way, the warp will be extremely distorted or small. This may be seen as a simple inverse configuration of the ``Harkore'' plywood, but the content is completely different. In the case of lumber core plywood, the sawn wood, which easily warps, is thick, and the plywood, which does not warp easily, is thin, so there is no substantial improvement in warping.

Originally, plywood was made by laminating thin veneers alternately with the fiber directions perpendicular to each other, so it is difficult to get bent, or it is made of sheets of 2 to 31 m8, such as those used for flush doors. Thin plywood is not enough to prevent the door from warping. Point 1: The present invention was completed by focusing on the fact that warping and deformation are further reduced by using relatively thick plywood, preferably plywood with a door thickness of 174 mm or more.

On the other hand, according to No. 1], the sawn wood is about 1/3 thinner than the stile material of a normal solid door, so the stress caused by warping and warping is also small, making the combination of the two extremely stable.

In the J two-leg example, an example was shown in which the frame material was attached to the four sides of the double-sided decorative plywood, but the frame material may also be attached to the center of the door, or the thickness of the decorative plywood could be increased. By doing so, it is possible to increase the proportion of the frame material in the door surface. In the present invention, since the frame material is pasted on, it can be made thinner and thinner than conventional frame materials. It is also possible to create a door that is aesthetically pleasing.
