【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は頭髪及び／又は頭皮のトリートメント
用組成物及びトリートメント方法に係り、更に詳
しくは人間の頭髪の生長を促進し得る頭髪及び／
又は頭皮のトリートメント用組成物及びトリート
メント方法に係る。

本発明は、一方では、蛋白質、皮膚軟化浸透性
物質、炭化水素、アルコール及び乳化剤の混合物
から成る人間の頭髪及び／又は頭皮のトリートメ
ント用組成物を提供する。

好ましくは、前記混合物はケラチン繊維強化剤

量％のラム、5.78重量％の白ロウ乳化剤及び8.20
重量％のマンネンロウから成る。

本発明の好ましく具体例では、ヒト頭髪及び／
又は頭皮のトリートメント用組成物は20−40重量
％の蛋白質、10−30重量％の植物油、１−５重量
％の炭化水素、20−40重量％のアルコール、１−
10重量％の乳化剤及び１〜15重量％のケラチン繊
維強化剤から成る。

蛋白質は活性成分であり、一つの特に適当な蛋
白質は牛骨髄（beef bone marrou）であると知
見されている。植物油は皮膚軟化浸透性物質とし
て作用し、ひまし油が特に適当であるがオリーブ
油やアーモンド油の如き他の植物油も使用可能と
知見されている。

組成物中に使用される炭化水素はパラフイン油
であり、アルコールはラムである。しかしなが
ら、他の炭化水素やアルコールも本発明の範囲を
逸脱しない限り使用可能である。更に、特に適当
な乳化剤は白ロウ乳化剤であると知見されている
が、他の乳化剤の使用も可能である。

牛骨髄28.35グラム、ひまし油18.75グラム、パ
ラフイン油2.28グラム、ラム25.00グラム、白ロ
ウ乳化剤5.00グラムおよびマンネンロウ7.09グラ
ムから成る組成物が、特に適当である。

組成物は、ひまし油が注入されている混合容器
内に牛骨髄を添加して製造される。ひまし油およ
び牛骨髄をクリーム状になるまで混合し、次いで
マンネンロウを混合物に添加し撹拌する。混合容
器を例えば湯浴上で加熱後、白ロウ乳化剤を混合
物に添加し、ロウが溶解するまで撹拌する。混合
容器を室温に冷却後、ラムを添加する。次いで、
パラフイン油を混合物に１度に滴下させ、その後
組成物を十分撹拌し、少なくとも４時間組成物を
混合容器中に放置した。最後に組成物を容器から
取り出し、気密容器又はびんに個別包装する。

皮に塗布し、少なくとも15分間充分にマツサージ
して使用する。組成物を有効に使用するには少な
くとも24時間毎に１回塗布、マツサージするとよ
いことが知見された。好ましくはトリートメント
を少なくとも７日以上続けると最も有効である。

本発明の組成物は頭髪の生長を刺激し、人間の

ることが知見された。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 20〜40重量％の牛骨髄、10〜30重量％の植物
油、１〜５重量％のパラフイン油、20〜40重量％
のラム、１〜10重量％の乳化剤及び１〜15重量％
のマンネンロウを含む頭髪及び／又は頭皮のトリ
ートメント用組成物。 ２ 乳化剤が白ロウ乳化剤である特許請求の範囲
第１項に記載の組成物。 ３ 植物油がひまし油である特許請求の範囲第１
項又は第２項に記載の組成物。 ４ 32.79重量％の牛骨髄、21.68重量％のひまし
油、2.64重量％のパラフイン油、28.91重量％の
ラム、5.78重量％の白ロウ乳化剤及び8.20重量％
のマンネンロウを含む特許請求の範囲第１〜３項
のいずれかに記載の組成物。 ５ 32.79重量％の牛骨髄、21.68重量％のひまし

容器に注入し、ひまし油及び牛骨髄をクリーム状
になるまで混合し、混合物にマンネンロウを添加
し撹拌し、混合物を加熱し、混合物に白ロウ乳化
剤を添加してロウが溶解するまで撹拌し、混合物
を室温まで冷却し、ラムを添加し、パラフイン油
を添加後混合物を十分に撹拌し、混合物を混合容
器中で少なくとも４時間放置し、混合物を混合容
器から取り出し、混合物を気密容器に包装するこ
とからなる前記方法。
