    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気テープから再生された信号のうちから同期
    信号の有無を判別する同期信号判別回路と、上記
    磁気テープからコントロール信号の有無を判別す
    るコントロール信号判別回路と、上記同期信号判
    別回路の判別出力と上記コントロール信号判別回
    路の判別出力とから上記磁気テープが未記録テー
    プか否かを判別する判別出力手段とを具備したこ
    とを特徴とする磁気記録再生装置。
