- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発振回路を有して成るリアルタイムクロツク装
置において、 定電圧回路を設け、メイン電源電圧が供給され
る場合、あるいはバツクアツプ電源電圧が供給さ
れる場合、いずれの場合にも、上記発振回路を一
定の電圧値で駆動するようにしたことを特徴とす
るリアルタイムクロツク装置。
