The present invention relates to a lift-off tape that uses a collectible ink ribbon to peel off and erase an impression formed on a recording paper by impact. Conventionally, with this type of lift-off tape, the area where it has been used once is covered with collectable ink, so when the area is used again, this ink will absorb the peeling force of the lift-off layer. It was said that it could only be used once because it could not be erased as cleanly as the first time. In view of these circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to make it possible to perform peeling and erasing multiple times even at locations where collectable ink has adhered. In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a lift-off layer attached to the surface of a film base material that does not have a plasticizing effect on the lift-off layer and that is suitable for use in collectible ink ribbons. This composition contains a plasticizer that has a plasticizing effect on the polyamide resin that is the main binder of the transfer ink. According to the present invention, with such a configuration, the collectible ink attached to the lift-off layer also exhibits the effect of peeling off the printed image, thereby making it possible to use it many times. To explain this in more detail, collectible ink is made into a brittle film mainly composed of polyamide resin in order to maintain the removability of the printed image from the recording paper using lift-off tape. is common, and when an image made of such a collectable ink is attached to the lift-off layer of the above structure during erasing, the ink becomes sticky due to the action of the plasticizer that has migrated into it. , and has the effect of peeling off the printed image. Further, the plasticizer may be used for lifting and
Since the off-layer itself does not become plasticized, there is no risk of the lift-off layer becoming excessively soft and peeling off from the base material, and there is also no risk of delamination of the lift-off layer from the lift-off layer due to repeated use. The flexibility of the lift-off layer is not significantly affected and no changes occur that would cause inconveniences in use, such as hardening of the layer. The present invention enables the lift-off tape to be used multiple times, which was previously considered impossible, by virtue of the above-mentioned effects of the structure. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail. The lift-off layer in the lift-off tape of the present invention is a conventional lift-off layer containing a rubber-like resin and a tackifier as main components, and a plasticizer is added thereto. The rubbery resin is a binder agent for fixing the tackifier to the base material. First, to explain the plasticizer, unlike non-volatile oil, which exerts a plasticizing effect on the tackifier, which is the main component of the lift-off layer, the plasticizer has a plasticizing effect on the tackifier. It has a plasticizing effect on the polyamide resin of the collectable ink, but has no action. Representative examples of plasticizers with such properties include oleic acid, polyoxyethylene castor oil,
Polyoxyethylene oleylamine, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether, di(polyoxyethylene alkyl ether) phosphate, trimethylolpropane monoerucate, sorbitan monolaurate, Examples include sorbitan sesquiolate and polyoxyethylene sorbitate tetraoleate. These plasticizers may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The amount of plasticizer to be used is 1 x 10 -2 to 5 parts when the total amount of the composition of the lift-off layer after drying (total amount including the plasticizer) is 10 parts (parts by weight, the same applies hereinafter).
A range of 5 x 10 -1 to 4 parts is particularly preferred. If the amount of plasticizer used is less than 1 x 10 -2 parts, if the lift-off layer is used more than a few times, the adhered collectable ink will not be sufficiently plasticized.
If the amount is more than 5 parts, the force of the lift-off layer to peel off the printed image from the recording paper tends to be insufficient. Suitable examples of the rubbery resin include styrene-butadiene copolymer, polyester resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl butyral, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. Suitable examples of the tackifier include homopolymers such as epoxy resins, low molecular weight styrene resins, acrylic resins, ketone resins, and xylene resins, or copolymers of two or more of these resins. Fixed oils are usually used to plasticize the tackifier, such as various animal oils, mineral oils, or dioctyl phthalate, tricresyl phosphate, dibutyl phthalate. , butylbenzyl phthalate, polybutene, terpene low polymers, etc. Further, a tack reducing agent, a lubricant, etc. may be added to improve the running properties of the lift-off tape. Examples of the tack reducing agent include various waxes, low molecular weight polyethylene, and various inorganic powders, and examples of the lubricant include zinc molybdate, silicone resin, silicone oil, and scaly pigments such as talc and mica powder. etc. The above-mentioned components are usually used in the proportions shown in Table 1. The amounts in Table 1 are based on the total dry composition of the lift-off layer being 10 parts.

Films such as polyethylene are suitable. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples. Examples 1 to 7 Each lift-off layer composition shown in Table 2 (the amount of each component in Table 2 is expressed as the number of parts when the total amount of the composition after drying is 20 parts) was milled in a ball mill. After kneading the mixture uniformly using difference
After cutting it to 6.5 m, it was wound onto a specified spool. A spool wound with the lift-off layer was attached to a typewriter (Canon AP 500), and a test was conducted to peel off and erase characters printed with a regular collectable ink ribbon whose main component is polyamide resin. When the erasing operation was repeated over the entire length of the lift-off tape, erasing performance was similar to that of the first erasing until about the 20th erasing. Also, in the 30th printing, minute ink powder remained on the recording paper, but it had almost no effect on the clarity of reprinting.

Using these, erasability was examined in the same manner as in the above test, and it was found that the sharpness of reprinting at the 3rd to 4th use was considerably inferior to that at the 30th use in each of the examples. As is clear from this, the lift-off tape of the present invention can be used repeatedly many times, which was previously considered impossible. In addition, when the amount of plasticizer used in each of the above examples was 2 x 10 -2 parts with respect to 20 parts of the total composition after drying, the blurring degree of reprinting was 3 in each of the above comparative examples.
It was after about 6 or more repeated uses that it became the same as the first use.

In the lift-off layer attached to the surface of the film base material, a polyamide resin that does not have a plasticizing effect on the lift-off layer and is the main binder of the transfer ink of the collectable ink ribbon is used. A lift-off tape that can be used many times and contains a plasticizer that has a plasticizing effect.
