For example, when oil in a machine that requires a large amount of oil in a factory, such as an electric discharge machine, ignites, it is necessary to spray extinguishing agent only to the machine. This is because if extinguishing agent is simultaneously sprayed on other machines, troublesome work such as cleaning the other machines is required. Therefore, a small automatic fire extinguishing system was needed to extinguish only the machine in which the fire occurred. For this purpose, conventionally, a fire extinguisher main body consisting of a relatively small cylinder is installed in a factory, and a pipe for extinguishing agent is arranged from there to the upper part of the electrical discharge machine. At the same time, a sensor having a temperature fuse is disposed on the upper part of the electric discharge machine, and the sensor and the fire extinguisher main body 1 are connected to each other.
A wire for operating the fire extinguisher will be installed between the Then, the other end of the wire is connected to the operating rod of the fire extinguisher body via a spring. The wire was then pulled back by cutting the temperature fuse, which is a sensor, and the valve on the fire extinguisher was opened to spray extinguishing agent. However, in such a conventional fire extinguishing device, it is troublesome to install the wire for operating the fire extinguisher, and the places where the wire can be installed are also limited. Furthermore, in order to completely test the operation of the fire extinguishing system, it is necessary to disconnect the temperature fuse, which is troublesome to restore. In addition, there were various types of fire extinguishing systems that activated the fire extinguishing system based on electrical signals from temperature sensors instead of stretching wires, but all of them required large-scale equipment and were not suitable for use as fire extinguishing systems for individual machines. It was inappropriate.

The present invention has been made with the aim of providing a fire extinguishing system that eliminates the above problems, and includes a cylinder-type fire extinguisher body 1 that is detachably installed, and a valve for discharging extinguishing agent from the fire extinguisher body 1. Stem 2 and
It has an actuator 3 that moves the stem by a solenoid or the like, and a locking member 4 that detachably holds the actuator 3 in a non-operating position when the actuator 3 is biased in the actuating direction. In a fire extinguishing system, a manual locking device 5 for mechanically locking the locking member 4 or the operating body 3 in an inoperative position, and a manual locking device 5 connected to the locking device 5 and identifying its locked position and non-locked position. When testing with the emergency/test switch SW1 using the monitoring display lamp 6,
The switch activates solenoid 7 and buzzer.
Even if the BZ etc. operate electrically, the movement of the operating solenoid 7 is mechanically restricted in the locked position so that testing can only be performed without operating the operating body 3, and the monitoring display lamp is in the locked position. 6
The gist of this fire extinguishing system is that the position of the manual locking device 5 can be easily confirmed from the outside and the normal state can be maintained.

Therefore, according to the present device, by setting the manual locking device 5 to the locking position, a test signal can be inputted to the control device 9, and the operation of the operating solenoid 7 can be confirmed. Furthermore, since the entire fire extinguishing system can be tested by simply setting the manual lock to the locked state, anyone can easily inspect the fire extinguishing system at each fire extinguisher installation site. At the same time, the monitoring indicator lamp 6 indicates that after the test,
It is possible to monitor whether the manual lock device 5 is forgotten to be returned, and to prevent an accident in which the device does not operate in an emergency. Furthermore, since this device electrically drives the actuating solenoid 7 using the input signal from the thermosensor 8, the thermosensor 8 can be installed in any location and its wiring can be done in any case. Therefore, the fire extinguisher mounting position and the thermosensor 8 mounting position are not selected.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a cylinder-type fire extinguisher main body 1 having a height of about 50 cm, for example, is detachably housed in a storage box 13. A power distribution board 20 is attached to the upper part of this storage box 13.
A control device 9 is attached to the back side of 0. or,
An operating part 14 is connected to the head of the fire extinguisher body 1. The operating portion 14 has a longitudinal section as shown in FIG. 2. That is, the siphon pipe 22 is installed inside the fire extinguisher main body 1 constituting a pressure vessel, and the valve box part 38 is formed at the top of the siphon pipe 22. Then, the valve box portion 3
The valve 21 is attached to the valve seat 28 of No. 8 so as to be openable and closable, and the valve stem 2 is erected on the valve seat 28.
A compression spring 29 attached to the upper end of the valve stem 2 positions the valve 21 in a closed state. A plate-shaped actuating body 3 is pivotally attached to the top of the valve stem 2 by a pin 26 . At the same time, the actuating body 3 is urged downward by the spring 15, and its free end is removably locked to the locking portion 4. This locking member 4 is a pin 26
It is pivotally connected to the connecting plate 25 with a pin 27 so as to be able to swing freely in the left and right direction. Further, the connecting plate 25 is connected to the iron core 24 of the operating solenoid 7, and moves to the left by the operation of the iron core 24. Note that the iron core 24 is always urged to the right by a compression spring 30. The locking member 4 is urged to the right via a connecting plate 25 and pin 27 connected to the iron core 24. Thus, the locking member 4 locks the free end of the actuating body 3 and holds the actuating body 3 in the non-operating position. Furthermore, a manual locking device 5 is rotatably provided on the back side of the locking member 4. As shown in FIG. 4, this manual locking device 5 has a knob portion 31 having a knurled end at one end, and a half-moon portion 32 having a half-moon shape in cross section is formed in the middle of the shaft. When the half-moon portion 32 is positioned as indicated by the hatch in FIG. 2, the locking member 4 is mechanically locked in the state shown in the figure. Therefore, in this state, even if the operating solenoid 7 operates, the iron core 2
4 moves by the clearance t between its right end flange and the connecting plate 25. Therefore, in the locked state, the locking member 4 does not move to the left. Further, by rotating the knob 31 and positioning the half-moon portion 32 on the left side, the locking member 4 can be moved to the left. Also, at this time, the half-moon part 32 presses the button of the micro switch μSW, and the monitoring display lamp 6 shown in FIG. 5 is turned on in the monitoring state.

Next, referring to the block diagram of the apparatus shown in FIG. 5, the valve 21 of the fire extinguisher main body 1 is operated by an operating solenoid 7 which is an actuator. This operating solenoid 7 is activated by a signal from a thermosensor 8 to operate a relay RL2, a timer circuit 10,
and is actuated via relay RL3. Alternatively, it is activated by the test/emergency switch SW1. or,
This device is equipped with an alarm buzzer BZ, which issues an alarm when an input signal from the thermosensor 8 is received or a signal from the disconnection monitoring circuit 33 or from the seismic sensor SW3. Furthermore, disconnection monitoring circuit 33
The transfer contact circuit 34 is activated by the output signal of the seismic sensor SW3 to cut off the power to the equipment 35 to be extinguished, such as an electrical discharge machine. Further, when the valve 21 of the fire extinguisher main body 1 is activated, the extinguishing agent is injected through the pipe 17 to the equipment 35 to be extinguished.

Next, a circuit diagram of the control device 9 shown in FIG. 6 will be explained. This circuit diagram is an embodiment of the block diagram shown in FIG. 5, and shows a static state when no AC power is supplied. In this example,
From the top left of FIG. 6, the solenoid operating rectifier circuit 12, control power supply circuit 37, and disconnection monitoring circuit 33 are shown.
, the buzzer circuit 11 , the timer circuit 10 , and the transfer contact circuit 34 described above the timer circuit 10
and a seismic sensor output circuit 39. The control device 9 is connected to the step-down resistor R1, the fire extinguisher operating solenoid 7, the emergency DC power supply BATT, and the seismic sensor from above the circuit diagram through the terminals.
SW3 and alarm buzzer BZ, emergency and test switch
SW1, thermosensor 8 and lead wire 36 connected thereto, monitoring indicator lamp 6, and micro switch μSW1 connected to manual lock device 5 are detachably connected. Note that the transformer T1 of the control power supply circuit 37 shown at the left end of FIG. 6 is an extremely small transformer. This is because the transformer T1 does not operate the operating solenoid 7, but may have a current capacity sufficient to operate each element in the control device 9.

Assume that the micro switch μSW is in the locked position (manual locking device 5 is locked), battery is ON, and AC power is OFF. At this time, the manual locking device 5 (FIGS. 2, 4, and 5) is in a locked state, and its half-moon portion 32 is positioned on the locking member 4 side. FIG. 6 shows the stationary state in this case. In this state, the control device 9 and the operating solenoid 7 are operated based on the input signal by the emergency DC power supply BATT. However, when the micro switch μSW1 is in the locked state, the operating solenoid 7SL1 moves by the clearance t (FIG. 2), and it does not operate completely. Then, by confirming that the device moves by this clearance, it is possible to test that the device functions normally.

Next, the micro switch μSW1 is switched to the monitoring side. This means that the manual locking device 5 is rotated 180 degrees (FIGS. 2 and 4) and its half-moon portion 32 is rotated toward the microswitch μSW.
As a result, the button of the microswitch μSW is pressed, and the monitoring display lamp 6 lights up. and,
The locking member 4 in FIG. 2 moves to the left under the condition that the operating solenoid 7 is operated, and the operating body 3 is operated to open the valve 21 at the lower end of the valve stem 2, and the extinguishing agent is supplied from the pipe 17 to the equipment to be extinguished. Next, disconnection of the lead wire 36 is monitored as follows. This lead wire 36 is the wiring between the thermosensor 8 placed on the top of the equipment 35 to be extinguished (Fig. 5) and the place where the fire extinguisher body 1 is installed, and may extend over several tens of meters. is not uncommon. If this wiring is disconnected, the signal from the thermosensor 8 cannot be input to the control device 9, so it is necessary to monitor such a disconnection. Therefore, in this embodiment, a disconnection monitoring resistor R26 having a relatively large resistance value is arranged in parallel with the thermosensor 8 from the center of the lower part of FIG. A parallel circuit of a relay RL2 and a disconnection monitoring circuit 33 is connected in series to this disconnection monitoring resistor R26. And the disconnection monitoring circuit 3
3 is applied to the base of the transistor Q1, and the transistor Q6 is in the ON state. Therefore, when the lead wire 36 is cut, the base potential of the transistor Q6 becomes 0, and the potential of the transistor Q1 becomes 0.
Turn off. Then transistor Q2 turns on
Then, transistor Q3 turns on. Then, it passes through Q3 and diode D9, and the buzzer BZ

Next, thermo sensor 8 or emergency switch SW
Let me explain when 1 works. This state is
A fire occurred at the location of the extinguished equipment 35 (Fig. 5), and the thermosensor 8 attached to the top of it
This is a case where the emergency switch SW1 is actively operated because the emergency switch SW1 is working or not working due to some kind of malfunction.
Then, the disconnection monitoring resistor R26 attached in parallel to the thermosensor 8 is short-circuited. Therefore,
The control power supply voltage is directly applied to relay RL2, and the corresponding
RL2 turns on. Then, the make contact rl2 located to the right of transistor Q3 in FIG.
is connected, and the timer circuit 10 is activated. In other words, the timer transistor Q6 is 0.5 seconds ~
Turns on for about 1 second. This is the resistance R14, R1
3. Due to the time constant circuit of capacitor C3, the base potential of Q6 is lowered for about 0.5 seconds to 1 second, and Q6 is turned ON during that time. Then, charge is accumulated in capacitor C3, and when the potential becomes equal to the operating power supply voltage and the base potential rises, Q6 turns OFF.
do. Then, with the ON and OFF of Q6, RL
3 turns on and off. Then, the make contact RL3 of the relay RL3 connects the operating solenoid 7 and the rectifier circuit 1.
2, and it is ON for 0.5 seconds to 1 second.
do. As a result, the operating solenoid 7 is activated.
In FIG. 2, the iron core 24 moves to the left, the connecting plate 25 and the locking member 4 move to the left, and the actuating body 3
moves downward due to the repulsive force of the coil spring 15,
Move the valve stem 2 downward to open the valve 21. Then, the extinguishing agent is discharged from the pipe 17 and is discharged to the equipment to be extinguished (FIG. 5) 35.
Further, when RL2 is turned ON, the buzzer BZ issues an alarm through the make contact rl2, and the transfer contact circuit 34 is activated to stop the operation of the equipment 35 to be extinguished. Next, turn on the thermo sensor 8 or the emergency switch.
When SW1 turns OFF, each circuit returns to its original state. At the same time, when the annular reset member 23 is pulled upward in FIG. 2, the actuating body 3 is positioned upward, its free end is locked to the locking member 4, and the fire extinguisher itself returns to its original state. do. In this embodiment, the thermosensor 8 effectively operates the device by turning on for 300 msec or more.

For example, the operation of each device is stopped by the contact point 1.
Next, in order to return the device to its original state when the seismic sensor SW is activated, the operation shown in the second row from the right in the top row of FIG. 7 is sufficient. That is, the microswitch μSW is changed from the monitoring state to the lock state, and then returned to the monitoring state again.

Further, a series circuit of a resistor R5 and a capacitor C2 is connected in parallel to the relay coil RL2. This ensures that the relay coil RL2 is activated even when the thermosensor 8 is instantaneously activated. That is, even if the thermosensor 8 is momentarily turned ON only during the time constant determined by R and C2, the voltage of the operating power source is maintained in the capacitor C2, and the relay coil RL2 can be operated. Next, the operating solenoid 7 in this embodiment is selected to have an energization rate of 10%, for example. Also, depending on whether the AC power source is 100V or 200V, the step-down resistor R1 can be replaced as appropriate using its connection terminal. Next, the emergency switch SW

(1) Since this device has a manual locking device 5 that locks the operating body 3 in the non-operating position, it is possible to safely test the functionality of this device without releasing extinguishing agent. That is, test switch SW1
Alternatively, the test input signal from the thermosensor 8 can operate the control device 9 and the actuating solenoid 7 to test all of their functions. In addition, since this fire extinguishing system can be tested as a whole by simply setting the manual lock to the locked state, anyone can easily inspect the fire extinguishing system at each fire extinguisher installation site.
Furthermore, since this locking device 5 mechanically locks the actuating body 3, even if your hand accidentally touches the locking member 4 etc. during the test operation, the actuating body 3 will be locked.
This can prevent accidents in which the extinguishing agent is released due to In addition, the manual locking device is connected to the monitoring display lamp 6 and displays its locked and unlocked positions, so there is no chance of the device not operating in an emergency due to forgetting to return the manual locking device 5 after the test. It can be prevented. Further, the actuating body 3 is biased in the operating direction by a biasing means such as a spring, and is detachably held by the locking member 4. Therefore, the locking member 4 can be operated by the relatively small operating solenoid 7, the valve stem 2 can be opened, and the extinguishing agent can be reliably released.

Therefore, the entire device is miniaturized and can be placed in a relatively small space. Furthermore, since this device electrically drives the actuating solenoid 7 using the input signal from the thermosensor 8, the thermosensor 8 can be installed and wired anywhere.
Therefore, the fire extinguisher mounting position and the thermosensor 8 mounting position are not selected.

(2) Next, a small operating solenoid 7 with a relatively low energization rate is used, and a timer circuit 10 is provided in the control device 9 to control the operating time of the operating solenoid 7 within the range of the energization rate. can do. Therefore, the operating solenoid 7 can be operated reliably and with a large force by the timer circuit 10 without burning out the operating solenoid 7, thereby improving the reliability of the fire extinguishing system and contributing to miniaturization of the device.

(3) Next, it is advantageous if the timer circuit 10 has the following configuration. That is, in the timer circuit 10 in the right corner of FIG.
A relay coil RL3 is arranged in series with the collector of transistor Q6, and resistors R13, R14 and a capacitor C3 are connected to the base of the transistor Q6.
is connected to the intermediate part of the time constant circuit, and after a certain period of time has elapsed since energization, the base voltage is brought to an inoperable potential. At the same time, a discharge circuit with a diode D13 is installed in parallel with the capacitor C3, and the operating power of the transistor Q6 is turned off (rl
2OFF), the charge of the capacitor C3 is discharged. The make contact rl3 of the relay coil RL3 is interposed between the operating solenoid 7 and the power supply circuit, and the operating solenoid 7 is energized for a short time. Therefore, the timer circuit 10 is formed with an extremely simple configuration, and the timer circuit 10 using only one active element has the effect of reliably operating the operating solenoid 7 of the fire extinguisher main body with fewer failures.

(4) Next, the voltage of the low-voltage commercial power source can be directly rectified by the rectifier circuit 12 without stepping down, and can be used as a DC power source for the operating solenoid 7 via the step-down resistor R1. Therefore, a large transformer for the operating solenoid 7, which requires a relatively large amount of current, is not required. If such a transformer were to be used, since the current used would be relatively large, a correspondingly larger and more expensive transformer would be required, and would be more than half the size of the entire control device. However, since the present device does not require a transformer with such a large current capacity, the device as a whole can be downsized and a space-saving fire extinguishing device can be provided. Moreover, since the operating solenoid 7 itself only needs to be activated instantaneously, there is almost no waste of power consumption due to the step-down resistor R1 as a whole.

(5) Next, it is advantageous to provide a disconnection alarm buzzer on the lead wire 36 on which the thermosensor 8 is disposed. That is, a disconnection monitoring resistor R26 having a relatively large resistance value is connected in parallel to the thermosensor 8 at the sensor installation point. Then, an auxiliary resistor R4 is connected in series to the lead wire 36 for arranging the sensor in the control device 9.
The buzzer circuit 11 is configured to activate a buzzer BZ for warning of breakage of the lead wire 36 when the partial pressure disappears. Therefore, with an extremely simple configuration, it is possible to monitor the relatively long lead wire 36 for the thermosensor 8 for breakage, and to prevent accidents caused by the breakage.

A mechanism that locks the operating body in the non-operating position has been common, but the present invention uses a manual locking device 5.
Every time it is rotated by 180 degrees, the locking member 4 can be easily changed between the movable state and the locked state by rotating the half-moon part 32, and there is no loss of the safety pin, which is common with conventional removable safety pins.
