  1. 円筒状のケース本体と、ケース本体の底部に固
    定されたエンドプレートと、エンドプレートを介
    してケース本体内と外部を連通させ内部を流体が
    流れるパイプと、ケース本体の上部に取り付けら
    れ、不活性ガス導入孔を有する蓋体と、蓋体に一
    端が取り付けられ、他端にベローズホルダを有し
    、ケース本体内で膨張・収縮する金属ベローズと
    を備え、本体ケースに金属ベローズの他端側のベ
    ローズホルダを所定位置に係止するストツパ段部
    を設けたことを特徴とするベローズアキユムレー
    タ。
