第1図は、本考案に従う構造とされたダンパー
付フライホイールの一実施例を示す縦断面図であ
り、第2図は、かかるダンパー付フライホイール
の正面図である。また、第3図は、第1図に示さ
れているダンパー付フライホイールにおける動的
吸振器として機能する振動系のみを取り出して示
す要部拡大断面図であり、第4図は、かかる振動
系におけるゴム弾性体による減衰効果を説明する
ための、実験データを示すグラフであり、更に第
5図は、かかる動的吸振器を備えたダンパー付フ
ライホイールにおける振動レベルの周波数特性の
測定結果を、比較例と共に示すグラフである。更
に、第6図は、本考案が適用されるフライホイー
ルにおける、クランクシヤフトの曲げ振動に起因
する振動形態を説明するための説明図である。

Claims (1)
と一体的に回転させられるフライホイールであつ
て、所定の金属ばね材料にて形成された円環板状
のダンパー部材を、フライホイール本体の軸方向
一方の側に所定距離を隔てて同心的に対向配置せ
しめて、その内周側及び外周側の何れか一方の周
縁部において、かかるフライホイール本体に固定
すると共に、該ダンパー部材の内周側及び外周側
の何れか他方の周縁部に対して、円環状のマス部
材を同心的に且つ一体的に取り付ける一方、かか
るダンパー部材の少なくとも一方の面に、所定の
ゴム弾性体を、径方向に所定幅で且つ周方向に連
続的に若しくは非連続的に固着せしめ、更に、該
ゴム弾性体における前記ダンパー部材に固着され
た面とは反対側の面に、該ゴム弾性体の変形を規
制する規制部材を固着せしめたことを特徴とする
